Unfortunately, the manual containing the missions was not included in this re-release, without which the campaign mode is pretty much unplayable.

Standard fire-and-forget AA missiles, the later ones have less range, but can be carried more of.

Backwinder
AA missile that fires backwards

Air-to-surface

Maverick
Standard locking missile, suitable for most targets

CSW
multi-warhead missile that can hit groups of tanks or vehicles at once. Does not lock, just fire in general direction of target

MRASM
Cruise missile capable of destroying airfield runways

ASALM
Heavy version of the Maverick

Other

Fuel tank
Just what is says on the tin: more fuel.

Controls

These are the basic controls required to fly the plane:

• Cursor keys: up, down, left, right
  
• Enter: select weapon
  
• Space bar: fire weapon
  
• +/-: increase/decrease throttle
  
• B: toggle brakes
  
• G: toggle landing gear*
  
• F: toggle flaps*
  
• A: toggle autopilot
  
• S: toggle stealth/silent mode
  
• E: toggle ECM
  
• T: change target lock
  
• X: release target lock
  
• C: release chaff
  
• V: release flare
  
• 1/2/3: cycle through information displays
  
• Esc (twice in rapid succession): eject
  
• P: pause game

You can also use the function keys to look around your plane, and 'H' to turn the HUD on/off.

J, K & M allow you to switch between joystick, keyboard and mouse mode (keyboard is default).


* Do not extend flaps or gear when speed is above 250
