Dark Vehicles Fix

This fixes the dark vehicles that appear with the steam version of the game.

Guide

Orginal fix by Red_153D on the SUF

This fix uses one texture file.

• Make a copy of your "particle.txd" file in the following directory: "PATH_TO_STEAM\steamapps\common\grand theft auto 3\models\"
  
• Download the "particle.txd.zip" file from the following location: https://rapidgator.net/file/832bef37552d3a4c3b43da3feab5629c/particle.txd.zip.html
  
• Unpack the "particle.txd" file from the ZIP archive.
  
• Replace your original "particle.txd" file (not the copy!) with the downloaded one.
  
• Run the game and have fun!

I happen to also have the RGL Version with the fixed particles file so I just copied that
