Introduction
There may be is spoilers in this guide so read at your own risk.

Constructive feedback is greatly appreciated! :)

In this guide, I will attempt to summarize all the achievements in Green Hell and at the SAME TIME give you some tips and tricks to make it as easy as possible for you to be able to 100% this game for yourself. I have made a lot of the sections very new-player friendly so more veteran survivors will need to skim a bit. I hope there are at least a few pointers for everyone here no matter what your experience is. In my opinion, it is easier for those of you who are more familiar with the game and mechanics to skim over the section than those of you who are new to figure them out on your own. I reference the wiki a lot in this guide and have tried to attach all the hyperlinks that you may ever need when working through the sections.

Please let me know if you find any errors or omissions because I want this to be the best guide available!

Now, let's get into this.
Am I losing it?

Kill a Sanity tribesmen.

For this one, you are going to have to get that sanity good and low. Eat human flesh, get worms/leeches, take advantage of insomnia, whatever you need to do. Once your sanity is below 40 you will start to hear voices. Upon reaching 20 sanity you will start to hallucinate tribesmen. These tribesmen will deal damage to the player and can be lethal so be careful. All you have to do is deal any sort of damage to them and they will explode into a cloud of red, giving you the achievement.

Cartographer

Unlock 60 places on the map.

Here[survivalcore.de] is a map I did not make.

The cave at 34W 30S the grapling hook at 34W 30S and the Fire at 32W 27S are discovered after grapling and entering the cave at 34W 34S.
Casted Far Away

Find an unexpected friend.

Go to the far west coast and run toward the south until it looks like you can't go any farther. You will find a large rock near 54W 26S. Go south of it and you will see the ball waiting for you to pick it up!

Caveman

Craft your first tool

For this one, all you have to do is craft any tool. I made an axe but you can make any tool. You don't need too much explanation here because you will naturally get this one by playing the game.
Do you want to play with a snowman?

Find a snowman package in 3 different locations.

There are three snowman packages scattered around the map. You can find them at:
  • The Drug Facility[greenhell.gamepedia.com]

  • Cave at 52W 29S
The entrance looks like this, however, there are two entrances into this cave.

Once inside you will see a camp with another snowman package.

  • Airport[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
This one is behind the main building with the radio, in a shed that kind of looks like an outhouse.

Fresh Water

Drink safe water.

For this one, all you have to do is drink safe water. Grab a coconut shell[greenhell.gamepedia.com], turtle shell[greenhell.gamepedia.com] or a metal pot[greenhell.gamepedia.com] and catch some rainwater or purify some water in a fire. To purify water, put a container in a fire add water with a bidon and wait for it to boil.

Gardener

Cultivate 12 different plants.

There are currently 15 types of cultivatable plants in Green Hell and you only need to find and plant 12 of them to get this achievement. **They do not need to be planted simultaneously so you can reuse the same planter for several plants.**

You can find a list of the various plants complete with pictures and descriptions here[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

You don't have to harvest these plants just get them to the point where they stop growing. If you fertilize them, they will grow faster. Plants also grow while you are sleeping to speed things up a bit.
Globetrotter

Travel 64 km.

Get your walking shoes ready, pack some food, bandages, water, weapons and get ready for some adventuring. Watch out for predators, bugs and tribal warriors!
Going back home

Make tortoise soup in its shell.

This one bugs me a little bit. To get this achievement you have to run around in river beds until you find a red footed tortoise[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

Once you have killed it with pretty much any weapon, harvest it with a blade. Make sure to take both the turtle shell[greenhell.gamepedia.com] and the turtle meat[greenhell.gamepedia.com]. Yes.. I know that's the weird part. You kill a tortoise and get turtle parts. It's fine, this is as intended.

Now that you have all the parts make a fire and place the shell into the fire. Fill the shell with clean water using a bidon[greenhell.gamepedia.com]. If it's not clean you can use the shell to purify the water over the fire. Once the clean water is in the shell and warm you can add the turtle meat. VOILA!
Got to catch them all

Experience 12 unique diseases and wounds.

Currently, the 12 ailments that you can contract in Green hell (in alphabetical order) are as follows;

Fever

Fevers are contracted primarily as a secondary effect after getting a different wound first. Players often receive a fever after being bitten by a snake or getting an infection as icing on the cake. Once you have a fever your sanity, macro-nutrients and energy consumption all take a hit.

Fevers can be fought off naturally over time (you will need a lot of water and go to sleep) in the game but due to their severe nature should be taken care of ASAP by drinking Quassia Amara Brew, taking pain killer or drinking a bone infusion.

Food Poisoning

Players can get food poisoning from many things in the game including eating spoiled foods, eating poisonous mushrooms or plants, etc. Players with food poisoning will vomit causing them to loose macro-nutrients. Players will continue to vomit until the food poisoning has ended. Mild forms of food poisoning are not generally a concern and the character will get over it soon enough. More severe forms of food poisoning can be fatal to the player.

Food Poisoning can be fought off naturally over time or by several methods in the game. Players can eat charcoal[greenhell.gamepedia.com] from a burnt-out fire (and take a sanity penalty), eat a water lily[greenhell.gamepedia.com] or take pain killers[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

Infection

Infections are caused when wounds are left untreated, treated with dirty hands, or occasionally from treating wounds with leaf bandages. You can tell a wound is infected by the yellowish puss that is present within the wound. Infections often result in fevers.

Once you have contracted an infection the easiest method to remove it is to place maggots[greenhell.gamepedia.com] on the infection. Alternatively if you have found any beehives around you can combine the honey with a leaf bandage to make a honey dressing or make a goliath dressing (harvesting a burnt goliath spider and combining the ash with a bandage) to cure the wound. My experience is honey is pretty rare so if you find it be sure to take advantage of it!

Players will suffer a sanity loss during this procedure. Maggots can either be found on dead rotting animal carcasses scattered around the world or you can harvest them from rotting meat if you have some in your pack.

Once the infection has been removed the original wound will return to be treated with either an ash dressing[greenhell.gamepedia.com], honey dressing[greenhell.gamepedia.com] or a leaf bandage.

Insomnia

Insomnia is caused by the player not sleeping in the game. The longer you go without sleeping the higher values of insomnia you will achieve. As the insomnia level increases the rate of energy loss increases. In addition to this, the player will lose sanity. Insomnia is particularly dangerous early game as losing energy will cause you to pass out. If you pass out you are very likely to get worms. Which can lead to infections, fevers and even death. I have fallen to this combo many times in the early game.

The only way to treat insomnia is obviously to get some sleep. Stop working so hard and take a break, you deserve it. Higher levels of insomnia will require you to sleep several times to remove the effects.

Laceration

Lacerations are nasty, deep cuts that cause the player to bleed. Having lacerations will cause the player health to rapidly drain and if left untreated will become infected. Lacerations are extremely dangerous and need to be dealt with quickly. The most common cause of lacerations is carnivorous cat attacks.

To treat a laceration it is recommended to use either an ash dressing[greenhell.gamepedia.com] or a honey dressing[greenhell.gamepedia.com] due to their antibiotic properties. In a pinch, you can use a leaf bandage to stop the bleeding but expect to deal with an infection after.

An effective (non-bandage) way to deal with a laceration is to use ants[greenhell.gamepedia.com] directly on the wound (for a sanity loss). Rainforest ants can be harvested from ant-hills scattered around the jungle. To protect yourself from rashes while harvesting ants, use a lit torch to keep the ants away.

Leeches

Leeches in Green hell come from walking in vegetation (I know.. wtf??) or water sources. Each leach attached to a player will drain sanity by 1 at a certain interval.

Treating this is quite easy and the play can go to the inspection menu, find the leech(es), then click and drag them off. Easy-Peasy.

Parasites

Parasites are most commonly received from drinking unsafe water or eating with dirty hands but can also be obtained from eating raw meat. Make sure to always wash your hands before eating food.

Yes, you can use unsafe water to wash your hands! Having parasites increases the rate of consumption of macro-nutrients, causing the player to require more food.

To treat parasites, my personal favorite is to find the orange cap mushrooms that look like little orange bowls because they are so common.

These mushrooms usually grow in groups on decaying logs. Each mushroom will reduce the parasite count by 1.

Other treatment options include eating guanabana (aka soursop fruit[greenhell.gamepedia.com]) to reduce parasites by 2.

or eating blue mushrooms found on the large brazil nut trees to reduce parasites by 2.

Rash

Rashes are obtained from getting too close to the rainforest ant hill. Rashes reduce sanity during their effect. Rashes can be treated with either a Honey or lily dressing.
Got to catch them all cont.
Sanity

Sanity is reduced in Green Hell for many reasons. Most commonly it is a side effect from other ailments but can be caused by eating certain foods (especially human meat). When sanity is low enough (below 40) the player will start to hear voices. When sanity is extremely low (below 20) the player will start to hallucinate. These hallucinations are dangerous and WILL deal damage to the player. The player can kill the hallucinations by attacking them, they will disappear after taking any damage. Players can also hallucinate items that disappear when picked up.

The best ways to increase sanity is by eating cooked meat, sleeping in a comfortable bed, or standing near a fire.

Scratch and Abrasion

Scatches and abrasions are similar to lacerations but not as dangerous. The player can obtain scratches from many things in Green Hell including fighting natives, falling from a height, or even stepping on a fire. If left untreated will become infected and while in effect the character will suffer temporary health loss.

Can be treated with any leaf bandage, ash dressing, goliath dressing tobacco dressing, lily dressing, or honey dressing. Leaf bandages are not recommended as they may lead to infection.

Venom Wound

Venom wounds are most commonly obtained from rogue snakes and spiders that you happen to step on top of during your adventures. They are also contracted from poison dart frogs, stingrays, and scorpions. While poisoned the player will lose health and stamina over time. The player will usually contract a fever when suffering a venom wound.

Treating a venom wound can be accomplished automatically over time (not recommended) or applying lily dressing or tobacco dressing to a wound. You can also take pain killers, eat a lily leaf, drink tobacco brew, or lily brew to deal with higher levels of poisoning.

Worms

Worms are obtained from sleeping on the ground. Most commonly obtained from passing out from loss of energy. To reduce the chances of getting worms during rest the player should use an elevated be like a hammock or a log bed. Players can also place fires by beds to reduce the chances of contracting worms.

Worms can only be removed with bone needles (obtained from harvesting bones) or fish bones obtained from harvesting fish. Once the worm is removed the wound will need to be bandaged.
Gotcha

Catch 9 aquatic animals.

Catch the following animals:
  • Angelfish[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
I caught this one with a maggot on a fishing line
  • Arowana[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
can be caught with a spear
  • Discus Fish[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
I caught this one with a brazil nut on a fishing line
  • Peacock Bass[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
I caught this one with a larva on a fishing line trap[greenhell.gamepedia.com].
  • Red-Bellied Piranha[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
I caught this one with a larva on a fishing rod trap[greenhell.gamepedia.com].
  • River Stingray[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
can be killed with a spear, found in rivers.
  • Prawn[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
    I used a prawn trap[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

  • Mystery Snail[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
can be picked up found on giant rocks near water sources.
The above is not an exhaustive list and you can catch these fish with other baits and methods as well.
If anyone knows of other animals that work for this achievement, let us know in the comments!
Greedy

Complete Story mode on any difficulty with gold the sack in your backpack.

For this achievement, you will have to get to the Illegal Gold Mine[greenhell.gamepedia.com] at 40W 15S. Once there you will look for a gold sack on a table.

The gold looks like this

and can be found on a table in the building with the calendar in it. See below.

The gold sack weighs 1kg and needs to be in your backpack when you finish the game.
Green Hell

Finish the game on Green Hell difficulty level

Green Hell difficulty is perma-death so prepare your mind and body for this wild ride. Try to pack first-aid for all the possible ailments outlined in the Got to catch them all section and don't forget that macronutrients are consumed at a faster rate in this mode. Take it slow and watch out for dangers. Good Luck!

A very useful piece of information is that every time you make the ayahuasca it is essentially a checkpoint. The game resets your status bar. So if you are on the verge of death but can push to the next ritual point you can save yourself. You can watch my "Green Hell" difficulty play through below.

A helpfull tip, which I have not confirmed, from @MrMyxo (steam) is to save multiple times when you do get to a save location. This way if you die in one of them you can continue on another slot!

Episode 1

Episode 2
Home Sweet Home

Build your first shelter.

Build a shelter. Any shelter will do, there's currently 5 to pick from;
The Hut Shelter is the easiest one and uses the least resources if you're in a hurry to get this achievement. However, there is a high potential for getting worms[greenhell.gamepedia.com] with this shelter.

Besides the above shelters, you can build modular shelters such as the frame or bamboo frame but these will require either a banana roof or a palm roof before you will unlock the achievement.
I don't need sleep

Get 5 stacks of insomnia

To get this achievement you have to go without sleep for a very long time in the game. The problem is if your character gets too tired you will pass out whether you want to or not. The trick here is to get as much energy as you can. Foods that provide a good amount of energy and are relatively easy to find;

Item
Energy Provided
Monstera Deliciosa Fruit
10
Blue Mushrooms
10
Guanabana
8
Yellow Mushroom
2
Cooked Meat
5-15
Coffee
15
Tea
8

For a complete list of foods see here[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

Your sanity will drain during this challenge so you should try to also keep your sanity up the best you can to prevent hallucinations which can be detrimental to your lift. See the Got to catch them all section for more information on sanity.
I have it!

Find the cure.

If you don't have the "It's all over, again" achievement, create a new save before you do this so you can get back to this point quickly and don't have to do the first half of the story again.

For this achievement, you will have to find the cure. To accomplish this you will have to test a poison frog in the laboratory.

Before picking up a poison frog it is recommended to be prepared to deal with poison and fever. See the Got to catch them all section for more information on this. Immediately upon picking up a frog you will receive 8 stacks of poison and a fever which if not taken care of promptly will swiftly kill the player. I would recommend at least tobacco bandages to directly heal the wounds from the frog and some edibles/brews to deal with the leftover effects.
I made fire!

Survive 10 days on King of the Jungle difficulty or higher.

Make a fire! :)
I made it

Survive 10 days on King of the Jungle difficulty or higher.

All you have to do is set the game difficulty to King of the Jungle and survive for 10 days. Sounds simple enough... right? See also the Green Hell section for survival pointers.
I'm not afraid of any work

Complete 7 Challenges

There are currently 7 challenges in this game and you have to complete them all to get this achievement.
  • 1) Campfire Challenge[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
For this challenge the hardest part is all of the axes that you are going to need. Pick up all the rocks you can to make stone axes, you're going to need a lot of them.

You can see my play through here.

  • 2) Raft Challenge[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
For this one the hardest part is the coconuts. After you build the raft you need to load it up with 24 coconuts. The drop rate for them have been substantially increased and it's not too bad finding them. Sometimes you can find them in groups of 3 or 4. Run along the shore line near the raft and toward the fishing dock and you should find most of the ones you need after a couple laps. Don't waste time making a bed in this one. If you get low on energy just run over to the fish dock before you pass out and take a rest there.

You can see my play through here.

  • 3) Mighty Camp Challenge[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
Mighty camp is quite easy. The hardest part is the charcoal that you will need for the water filters. The first thing you should do is build the medium shelter so you can have something to protect a fire. Then once the roof is on, before you do ANYTHING else, build two fires. Each fire gives you enough charcoal to build one water filter. The other thing that adds a slight complication is the need for bamboo logs. In my play through I got the bamboo logs from the plane crash area at 40W-23S.

You can see my play through here.

  • 4) Hunter Challenge[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
This one is where the difficulty amps up a bit just because there is a little bit of luck involved with finding the required animals in the time allowed. Make a spear and a knife at a minimum. I also made a bow because it helps with the smaller animals. Snakes, macaw and three-banded armadillo's can be found almost anywhere. I found Peccary, and mice close to the spawn at 43W-19S. Tapir can be found nearby at 44W-18S and capybara are near that at 46W-16S. There is an armadillo usually near them in the bottom of a valley at 48W-16S. The turtle and the cane toad can be found on the shore near the fishing dock, I found them at 50W-16S. The caiman lizards can be found quite often near caves. The things I struggle with the most were the toucan and the iguana. For the toucan I ran all the way back to the location at the start of the campaign at 45W-30S. The iguana I got was near the drug factory at 49W-24S.

You can see my play through here.

  • 5) Fisherman Challenge[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
For this challenge you spawn right beside a river. In this river you can find the snail and the sting ray. Look for any bate you can find while your doing this. After you have these you can head straight to anaconda island at 35W-25S and check the prawn trap for a prawn. If there's no prawn throw a bait in it and keep waiting. At anaconda island you can find a fishing rod. You will need to make a hook and then bate the line. All the rest of the fish you need can be found in the lake surrounding the island if you keep running around the perimeter.

You can see my play through here.

  • 6) Radio Challenge[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
For this challenge, your going to want to make sure you have bandages, weapons and armour crafted before you take the fights. Also make sure your stamina and your HP is a high as you can keep it until you take the fights. Other than that try to hide from the archers and take out the spearman asap.

You can see my play through here.

  • 7) Blacksmith Challenge[greenhell.gamepedia.com]
For this challenge you are really governed by your smelting speed. Set up a base somewhere near a lot of wood. I used the fishing dock. Search the burnt out campfire for ashes and charcoal, you can make ashes by harvesting charcoal. Make the mud mixer and get your charcoal furnaces and smelters up and running as fast as possible. I made 4 of each but only ended up using 3 of each. You can either use iron ore found in caves or melt down old used cans to get the metal that you need.

You can see my play through here.
I'm saved

Save your game in a shelter.

Build any shelter to save your game.
Improvise, adapt, overcome

Let maggots eat your infected wound.

For this one, you first have to get an infection. This can be accomplished by getting any wound and not bandaging it. The dirtier you are the better. Eventually, it will get infected you will know by the yellow puss that is in the wound. Be careful as infections can also lead to fevers and this combination can be quite lethal if not prepared.

Now that you have an infection, all you need to do is drag maggots from your inventory onto the infection. Having trouble finding maggots? Look on dead rotting carcasses or you can let some meat rot in your inventory then harvest the maggots off of that.
Iron Man

Create and wear a full metal armor set.

To start with, metal armor does not have a weight when being worn on a player. This is very important and very useful! Now with that out of the way lets do this.

Clearly, since this is metal armor you will need iron. To obtain iron players will need to find iron ore veins and mine them with either a stone pickaxe[greenhell.gamepedia.com] or a metal pickaxe[greenhell.gamepedia.com]. It will take 6 melted iron (from melting ore or metal cans) to make a full set of armor.

Iron ore veins are discovered in caves and look like this if they are minable.

If the ore is not minable because it either did not spawn in this vein or you have mined it already it will look like this.

Notice the big meaty iron part in the middle is missing and the mining symbol with the "Iron Vein" text is not present.

You can see the Cartographer section for a map with cave locations.

Now that you have iron, you need to melt it in a mud forge[greenhell.gamepedia.com] to get melted iron ore.

You can discover the mud forge blueprint by either harvesting iron ore or crafting a mud brick[greenhell.gamepedia.com]. Mud bricks can be crafted with 2 mud and 1 ash in a mud mixer[greenhell.gamepedia.com]. Put the ingredients in then add water with a bidon or wait for it to rain. Mud is harvested from riverbeds by holding the right-mouse-button near the water's edge and selecting take mud.

You will need A LOT of charcoal for the smelting so I suggest you make a mud charcoal furnace[greenhell.gamepedia.com]. You will not regret it.

Now that you have a mud forge and some melted iron you need to craft 6 armor molds[greenhell.gamepedia.com] by combining 1 empty mold (from harvesting mud bricks) with 1 melted iron ore and 1 stick.

Placing the metal armor cast into the mud forge bakes it and harvesting it provides two metal armor casts[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

After you have forged and harvested the 6 armor molds you should have 12 armor casts. 3 of these combined with 2 ropes and 1 banana leaf with make 1 metal armor piece. You will need 1 per limb! This is time-consuming and tedious so good luck!
It's all over, again

Finish the Story - "Bad" ending

Finish the game without finding the cure.
If you do not find the cure before you make the ayahuasca[greenhell.gamepedia.com] at the main village[greenhell.gamepedia.com] and play through the ending scenario you will end up at a point where you see the final tutorial cut scene of you running from the village again. Once this has been played through you will see the achievement pop up before the credits start to roll.
It's all their fault

Find and pick up the green mushroom.

There is a grappling hook location near the main village at 34W 34S.

Climb up and follow the path to a cave.

Inside the cave, hug the right wall of the cave as you keep going deeper.

Eventually you will find a small tunnel filled with water.

You should be able to see land on the other side.

Swim across and you will find green mushrooms growing on a rock at the water's edge.

All you need to do is grab one to unlock the achievement. These mushrooms are poisonous and can't be eaten in any way without getting poisoned.
Just, wait for me...

Finish the story - "good" ending.

Find the cure, get to the main village, make the ayahuasca, play out the cutscene, make your way back to the airport, and play out the final cutscene.
Keeper of the flame

Keep a single fire burning for over 5 days on Welcome to the Jungle difficulty or higher.

VERY IMPORTANT you have the difficulty set to AT LEAST Welcome to the jungle before attempting this achievement or you will be quite sad.

This one sounds a little harder than it is. First of all, it's important to note that there are currently two different types of fires in this game. Small fires[greenhell.gamepedia.com] and campfires[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

Small fires will only burn for 12 in-game hours while the campfires will burn for 20 in-game hours. By adding a stone ring[greenhell.gamepedia.com] to a small fire you can increase the burn time to 15.3 hours in-game.

The Small fire does not require a blueprint and is available to the player immediately vs the campfire that will need to be unlocked via blueprint at either the Abandoned Tribal Village[greenhell.gamepedia.com], Anaconda Island[greenhell.gamepedia.com], or Bamboo Camp[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

Similarly, the stone ring will need to be unlocked in either the Abandoned Tribal Village or the Bamboo Camp.

One of the most important things about this achievement is to make sure that you keep the fire protected from rain as it will extinguish the fire if you do not protect it. Make a shelter to hide the fire or place it in a cave. Either way, this is extremely important as it rains very frequently in the jungle and you don't want to be on day 5 of feeding a fire when the rain puts it out.

Items that can be burned after the initial fire has been started completed include sticks, small sticks, planks, charcoal, bamboo sticks, ropes, dry leaves, fibers, bird nests, small leaf piles, feathers, tobacco leaves, molineria, leaf bandages, ash dressings, lily dressings, and tobacco dressings. You can use any of these items to feed the fire by clicking and dragging them onto the top of the fire.

King of the jungle

Hunt a Rattlesnake, Jaguar, Puma, Caiman, and 3 types of arachnids.

Hunt and kill the following animals:
Leeches, leeches everywhere

Remove 50 leeches from your body.

Remove 50 leeches from your body. See the Got to catch them all section for more information.
Librarian

Read 50 collectibles.

During story mode read 50 collectibles.
Making progress

Reach Max at any skill.

I think the easiest skill to master is axes. Just keep gathering resources and chopping down trees and plants. Anything you come across kill it with your axe. It's a grind but you can do it.
Mr... I don't feel so good

At the same time get leeches, worm, rash, fever, poison, food poisoning, parasites, insomnia, dirt, and any wound.

People have been having issues with this one. Please note that you can only have 1 ailment per limb and sometimes they will overwrite each, other times they just prevent you from getting an injury. For example if you have lacerations on all 4 of your limbs you will not be able to get leeches, worms, or a rash. Every time you are working toward a new injury you need to have a healthy limb to apply it to. You need to be very cognizant of this fact. It will save you hours!

This achievement is HELLA HARD, or at least for me it was. Took me several hours of goofing around before I was finally able to pull this off.

Here is how I finally did it step by step. You can use a different order yourself this is just how I did it and know that it works.
  • Step 1 Find an anthill (or a bee hive) (I used one near 39,20 because that's where I was when I finally found ants)
You need to find an anthill so that you can build a shelter near it.
    Save.

  • Step 2 Get Insomnia
Keep your health, energy, and sanity as high as possible while you're working on this part. Don't sleep, eat lots of blue and yellow mushrooms to get energy. Tea? Coffee? Even stockpile some in your backpack to make sure you always have an energy boost.
    Save.

  • Step 3 Run around until you have leeches (I had mine on my left leg)
I don't know if the location on your body matter for any of these so I'm giving you all the information so you can replicate if you like. If you don't get the leeches on your left leg you can restart at your last save.
    Save.

  • Step 4 Sleep on the ground
Hold the 'c' button and go to sleep on the ground outside your tent. Not too long! Just long enough to get a worm. I got mine on my left arm. You only want one! During my play-through, the worms overwrote the leeches if I slept too long. Wake up and check for worms. If they're where you want them, go save. If they're not, or you have too many of them reload.

  • Step 5 Get a rash
Run into the anthill. I got the rash on my right arm. If everything worked out for you save. If not reload your save.

  • Step 6 Get Dirty
I hunted and harvested animal. others used mud. However you do it, I hope it's not raining for you right now because you need to stay dirty[greenhell.gamepedia.com].

  • Step 7 Get poisoned
I used a snake, but I'm sure you could use a poisonous frog or an arachnid to do the same thing. This should also give you a fever.

  • Step 8 EAT THE RAW MEAT STUFF IT IN
Eat raw meat, plants, whatever you have to get food poisoning and parasites.

  • Step 9 Roll in your victory
Congratulations you did it. This is a huge pain in the @$$ so good work.
Pacifist

Survive 10 days on King of the Jungle difficulty or higher without killing animals, humans, destroying bee nests, and interacting with traps.

You can't kill or harm things... but if they are already dead you can eat them! Finally some use for all those dead birds that are lying around.
Pyromaniac

Unlock 4 fire-starting tools.

There are 4 fire-starting tools in the game. You must unlock all of them for the achievement.

Kill a tribesman....
Soul Vine

Drink Ayahuasca

Only available in story mode. Find some banisteriopsis vine and psychotria.

Banisteriopsis vine can be found on brazillian nut trees. Hold E to harvest.

Pshychotria is a small plant with red berries. Harvest with a tool or weapon.

Now that you have the ingredients find one of the ceremonial pots scattered around the world, start a fire underneath it and push E on the pot to start the cutscene.

Enjoy the ride.
Tastes like chicken...

Eat human meat.

Not hard after you do the Self-Defense achievement. Note that eating human meat (cooked -35, raw -40, soup -45) will damage the player's sanity significantly. Make sure you have the requirements to recover from this or you can just save scum it.
The first step to greatness

Die.

You won't need help with this one. Once you play Green Hell enough you just end up getting this one. Turn up the difficulty and find the closest snake/spider/puma. It won't take you long :)
Vegan

Survive 25 days solely on plant-based food.

You can't eat any meat for 25 days. The hardest thing is getting enough protein and fat. See the Gardener section for assistance on cultivatable crops. By far the most useful crop is the Monstera Deliciosa Fruit for protein. Brazil nuts are a great source of fat and can be found under the large brazil trees.

If you just want to grind this out as fast as possible
Since each of the 3 macros plus water equate to 1/4 of your maximum life, it is possible in the current form of the game to survive the entire duration of this achievement by only consuming water. Get a bunch of bowls and scatter them around a bed (this part is optional because you can also just use dirty water from a river). Now sleep 3-4 times until your health is almost gone. Wake up drink as much water as you need to fill your bar and go back to sleep. Repeat these steps for the 25 days required. Happy grinding!

Hello,
Thank you for the guide, it will help my hunt greatly. However, I noticed that "I made fire" achievement's description is not ccrrect, you may want to change that.

On Mr... I don't feel so good, I could not get frog poison while I had other things on my arms regardless that I had space on my legs. Had to find a snake or scorpion.

I was hoping for a bit more information on the librarian achievement, maybe how many items to get in each place or something. :/ I'm only 6 away from getting it

Hmmm, I have 1 more addition to "Mr. I dont feel so good" -
When I tried this on Welcome to the jungle, it took me dozens of tries to realize that poison toads just dont work.
I had to go looking for a spider, snake or (easiest): SCORPION in nearby caves and hope it doesn't overwrite 1 of your other wounds. (it seems to heavily favor your right leg, which contained my leeches, so that took me another 8 tries).
Also, it took me 2.5 hours JUST to get a rash. and then the 1st one overwrite my leeches on my right leg... thankfully, next try it nicely added to my right arm

@katypso: dont know if you still need to know, but it's ANY X sequential days since the last time you did something 'wrong'

great guide! does anybody know, for those "survive X days doing Y" achievements, can those be *any* days in a row during my regular gameplay, or do they have to be the first days after starting a new game?
