Breakfast In Tijuana Achievement Guide

Walkthrough for the 'Breakfast in Tijuana' heist, explaining all of the achievements for the map and how to get them.

Difficulty Achievements

These achievements are in every heist. These are just the achievements for completing the heist at various difficulties. The heist walkthrough can be seen in the video in the final section of this guide. Here are the achievements, and the requirements (pretty self-explanatory).

Get Our Guy

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the Normal difficulty or above.

Prisoner Lost

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the Hard difficulty or above.

Ain't Goin' Out like That

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the Very Hard difficulty or above.

No Taming a Coyote

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the OVERKILL difficulty or above.

The Food in There Was Awful

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the Mayhem difficulty or above.

No Evidence, No Crime

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the Death Wish difficulty or above.

We Ride at Dawn

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the Death Sentence difficulty.

Leaving Tijuana

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job on the Death Sentence difficulty with the One Down mechanic activated.

Stolen Valor

Stolen Valor has the player finding the medals hidden on the Breakfast in Tijuana heist. From what I can tell there are a total of 7 medals that can spawn randomly around the main building. The majority of the medals are usually on the top floor of the building, however, one is usually in the locker room on the first floor. Below are screenshots of the 7 locations that I had in my run-through (video walkthrough at the bottom of the guide).

Stolen Valor

In the Breakfast in Tijuana job, find and steal all the medals in one run. Unlocks the "Cave" weapon color.


Be sure to check the lockers in the locker room, they take several seconds to lockpick, I'm pretty sure there is pretty much always one in one of the lockers.


This was my second location, inside the second office upstairs (not the one with the computer to hack, the one on the opposite side).

On a filing cabinet on the second floor.


The achievement should pop (on Steam and in-game) as soon as you find the final medal.

Paid in Full

The 'Paid in Full' achievements seeks the player to find all of the extra loot hidden around the map and secure it in the final getaway vehicle before finishing the heist. In total there are 6 pieces of extra loot dotted around the map. 3 of these are in the evidence room safe (which can be lockpicked at any difficulty). The other 3 are inside the armoury as 'assault rifles' in cases similar to the Firestarter heist.

Paid in Full

In the Breakfast in Tijuana job, secure all the loot bags.


This is the safe in the evidence room, this safe can be lockpicked at any difficulty.



The contents of the safe. From what I can tell this is identical on every difficulty (checked on Death Sentence One Down and on Normal difficulties).


The achievement will unlock as soon as you put all of the loot into the getaway vehicle.

Low Murder Rate

The 'Low Murder Rate' Achievement is by far one of the trickiest achievements on this list, if done on DSOD at least...

The main tips;
- The cameras are all controlled from one camera room in the cell block. It may be worth getting the camera room guard to surrender. Bring a judge shotgun or something similar to have a higher threat level. If needed knife the enemy once (but not before they see you), and start shouting them down instantly.
- When you need to get the bolt cutters from the maintenance room, you can actually get the civvie in there down and move them behind the door such that no one walking past can see them (even on DSOD). The best way to do this is only open up one of the doors to the room, preferably one that faces into a wall, or one that has the least traffic past it.
- Even if you get spotted, you can still try to get the guard or civvie down and handcuffed. If this happens you do have a ticking timebomb waiting somewhere, unless you can get them hidden.
- Just keep trying, you will get it eventually. For some reason I decided to go for it on DSOD straight away. Probably not the best call, but I got it in the end...

Low Murder Rate

Complete the Breakfast in Tijuana job in stealth without killing anyone. Unlocks the "Desert" weapon color.

Full video walkthrough of the heist plus the 'Stolen Valor', and 'Paid in Full' Achievements.
This run was done on the 'Normal' difficulty, but the hest is very similar on harder difficulties in stealth also (I have completed it on DSOD, as well as Normal in stealth).
