Video Guide
here is a quick video that goes over how to add rooms and move rooms in your condo. The guide has more detail, but the video will still teach you everything you need to know. I Highly recommend you watch it because it is easier to show than to tell.
Advanced Editor

The advanced editor can be activated by clicking the “Enable Advanced Edit Mode” button located in the top left of the screen. Once Enabled, you uncheck the “Enable Surface Editing" button to prevent yourself from accidentally editing condos default surfaces. It's important to note that this will not prevent you from editing canvas walls or any other player placed item.

To look around with the advanced editor enabled, right-click and drag on the screen. Pressing Space will increase your height and Pressing Q will decrease it.

Times you might not want to use it
While this feature is helpful, it is not perfect. Right-clicking any player placed props will open a quick options menu. If you are building in a room with a lot of canvas walls, it can be frustrating to move the camera. Whenever you right-click to move the camera it will just end up accidentally opening quick options meaning you will need to disable advanced editor whenever you want to look around. You also cant use tools with the advanced editor open so you will need to disable it to copy and paste props into your world. (Pixeltail pls fix)

Its still really helpful
When you have the advanced editor open, your inventory will stay on the bottom of your screen making it easy to add, position, and adjust props. With these kinks in mind, the advanced editor can still be used to do extremely fast and efficient detail work, but it is not ideal in every situation.
Prop Controls
Left-clicking a prop will open a control menu in the top right of your screen. You can use this menu to adjust the position, rotation, and Scale of an item. You can copy and paste specific coordinates to easily align props. You can also click and drag each one number to make very precise adjustments. I suggest clicking and dragging the numbers over clicking and dragging the arrows on the prop itself because its more precise, but ultimately it is up to personal preference.

IMPORTANT NOTE
When Scaling an item you have the option to lock the X, Y, and Z values. If you do so, it is going to lock that option GLOBALLY, not just with that one prop. This means if you click on something that is not supposed to have the same X, Y, and Z, the game will automatically and instantaneously change the values to make them all the same. This can seriously mess things up, so always remember to turn off scaling lock.

Locking a Prop

You can right-click a prop, then select “Lock” to lock it. This will prevent you from changing the position, rotation, and scale of that prop. It will not prevent people from consuming edible items.
This can help prevent you from accidentally left-clicking and editing the wrong prop accidentally. This is especially useful when you use a lot of custom floors, walls, and ceilings that you don't want to move. It is also extremely helpful when placing items on a table.
Adding new rooms to your condo

The video at the start of the guide shows this process in action, but in short:

You will need:
  • 3 canvas walls (+how ever many it takes to make the new room on the other side)
  • 2 teleporters
  • 1 door (optional)
Steps for adding a room:
  • Make the wall invisible
  • Place a canvas wall in the middle of the wall
  • Scale that canvas wall to the same width of the wall
  • Texture it
  • Duplicate it and place it to the left of where the door will be
  • Add another wall to the top of where the door frame will be
  • Add two teleporters that take you to each side of the wall
  • Hide those teleporters in the floor
  • Make the original condo wall invisible.
  • Add a door to the blank spot if you want

Basically your filling in a wall with canvas walls, making the original wall invisible, then teleporting back and forth to either side of the wall.

Adding a Window

this is done using the same process as adding a door, The only difference is you do not place teleporters and you add another canvas wall to the bottom of the gap. You can then fill in that gap with glass, or any other transparent texture of your choice.
Moving Rooms
To move a room to a different location, you first need to bock of the original door to that room.
Next, you need to add your own door in the location you want that room to be moved to. Place a teleporter on the wall behind the door and link it to the room you want the player to be teleported to. In order to prevent players from opening the door, you can place an invisible Canvas wall over the door to prevent players from interacting with it. Do the same process to move the player back.

Important Note
Teleportation does NOT change what direction the player is facing. Because of this, it might feel janky if you have a room that requires the player to turn left after teleporting. They will walk right into the wall. To make it feel smooth, make sure the player is not required to move their camera after teleporting.
