Duodecim scripta

Duodecim scripta, or Ludus duodecim scriptorum, is a 2,000-year old Roman board game, and a predecessor to today's backgammon. The rules (included in the game) are simple, but allow for complex strategies that only become apparent as the players become more familiar with the game.

The board (and a raw version of the rules, as well as the illustration in the rule sheet) were taken from A4 Games (https://a4games.company/duodecim-scripta-rules-route-and-layout/), and the nice wooden dice were created by Ninja for TTS.
