Kvatch Rebuilt Console Commands
By Obiel
Playing Kvatch Rebuilt is a great mod. Like anything involving this game, or other games, this mod has bugs. Here is the console command to get started.
(Note: console commands are a way to activate or deactivate something in the game and can completely alter or destroy your saved games. Always make a backup or backup save of your character before ever trying to use console commands. Use at your own risk.)

Thanks a bunch for making this game, Bethesda. Thanks a bunch for such an awesome mod, K.R.T. I had a lot of fun.

So far, I've only added two codes. I might add more if people would like to know more.

Console Command to get started!
If you've installed the mod and everyone left alive in Kvatch Castle is standing there just enjoying the fires left by Oblivion and you can't get the quest to start, here's how using Console Commands.

To use the console command, use the ` key (*whisper* the button to the left of the one on your keyboard. :) )
Enter this code and hit enter. Hit the Esc key if you are still in the console command window. It should say "Happy Gaming" and set the ball rolling.

SetStage KRMain01 0

This code starts the Kvatch Rebuilt main storyline. It does not start where you can see Kvatch before its destruction.

I was in the Kvatch Castle when I used this and most/all the NPCs disappeared. After exiting Kvatch, you can no longer enter the chapel so loot away but don't tell the gods...unless you plan to tell them you are using your loot to save Tamriel. ;)

I had to look in the code itself to find this because nobody else posted it or I just couldn't find it at the time. I'm not sure which.

I didn't take a picture of the beginning of this mod so here is a cheeky scamp who might be trying to steal from Kvatch Caste's barrel.

Quest 2
To begin the next quest if it isn't working, use the console command ` like before and enter:

SetStage KRMain01 1

Hit enter then you should be able to start the next section.

[Spoilers ahead!]

For this next section, you go and see Count Skingrad himself, Janus Hassildor. This code should allow you to begin this quest.

If the Count doesn't show up then here's some things I've found:
1. Wait until 9-9:30. When it turns 10, the green arrow will either turn red to denote that he is still in the castle. He might also show up right at 10 for 1 minute in game (1 second) and then he will leave. Some have talked about he waiting outside in the "garden" to the left of the castle's gate entrance but I have had no luck finding him there. He might show up outside the castle itself but I doubt it.
2. Wait until the next night (you might have to do this several nights to get him to show up) and repeat step 1.
3. If he STILL is a no-show, it isn't because he is better than you whereas he is a count but the mod might just be bugged. He shows a great deal of love towards Kvatch when you get to see him...well, a great deal for him anyway. Just use the console command again. It will be:

SetStage KRMain01 80

If you decide to skip this quest completely, use "SetStage KRMain01 1" and then "SetStage KRMain 01 80" so not to bug the game more. Waiting in this mod is its bread and butter but also a pain as they will bug out and not work at times. It's okay, creators. Trying to make a mod for a game this buggy can't be easy. I'm still thrilled that this was made. Thanks so much!

Thanks to Dadelus for the SetStage KRMain01 80 command from the following thread:
