Fixing the insta-crash on start-up [all BIT.TRIP games]

This is for all those whose game is instantly closing or crashing on start-up.

Insta-crash fix and explanation

• Download this OpenAL installer[hnng.moe].
  
• Extract the zip
  
• Run oalinst.exe as admin
  
• Click Ok
  
• All of your BIT.TRIP games should work fine now

So I have figured this fix after some struggle when all of my BIT.TRIP games suddenly stopped working after updating my Windows 8.1 laptop.
Turns out that for some reason, Windows 8.1 breaks OpenAL at some point. Like, probabilly with some automatic updates or whatever. At any rate, at some point the OpenAL libraries are just missing.
Now, how did I figure this out? Well normally steam suppresses dll errors when starting a game, but if you go into the game folder and start the exe manually it will display a missing dll error which points to the OpenAL dll.

If it still doesn't work you might want to try and update your video drivers.

at some point windows 10 also breaks openal, guide is still valid to this date but links are broken as of now, openal.org has a windows installer and it worked fine.
