what perk do?

You transform plants found around The Campfire into tinctures that slow down bleeding.
Healing Speed and Healing Item Efficiency is increased by 11/22/33 %.

u can learn BOTANY KNOWLEDGE lvl 35 on cloudette morel

IRON WILL / JAKE PARK (free)

what perk do?

You're able to concentrate and enter a meditative-like state to numb some pain.
Grunts of Pain caused by injuries are reduced by 50/75/100 %.

how to get?

u can learn IRON WILL lvl 30 on jake park

DEAD HARD / DAVID KING (free)

what perk do?

Activate-able Perk.

You can take a beating. When Injured, tap into your adrenaline bank and dash forward quickly to avoid damage.

Press the Active Ability button while running to dash forward.
During the dash, you avoid damage.
Causes the Exhausted IconStatusEffects exhausted.png Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.

Dead Hard cannot be used when Exhausted.

You do not recover from Exhaustion while running.

what perk do?

You start the Trial with a -25 % progression penalty for Skill Checks IconHelp skillChecks.png to heal Survivors IconHelpLoading survivor.png.

For every successful Skill Check completed while healing a Survivor, you receive a Token for a maximum of 3/4/5 Tokens.

Each Token grants you a +15 % bonus progression for a successful Skill Check while healing Survivors.

Great Skill Checks cannot be performed while using Autodidact.

Autodidact is not active when using a Med-Kit IconItems firstAidKit.png to heal.

how to get?

U can buy Adam Francis DLCs ( Dead by Daylight - Shattered Bloodline Chapter )
or u can buy SHRINE OF SECRETS page in-game store

and after u can learn AUTODIDACT lvl 40 on adam francis

how can i heal myself quickly?

u need med kit and addons
this is my suggestion you can get better

First Aid Kit with Gauze Roll and Bandages addons

still you can take 3 dick dick 1 heal. I tested it and you can still get it.
I would also suggest you to buy a new headset if you fell down to a percussion like empathy.

botany actually works against autodidact. if you heal faster then you have less time to get skill checks for autodidact. i would recommend empathy instead, so that you can locate the injured survivors more easily
