Can't access the game? Here are a couple Troubleshooting tips.

If you are having issues loading the game then I might have the solution for you. You will need origin for this to work.

The Game wont launch!

In this scenario you have downloaded BfN through steam, you click play, and it doesn't open.
Verify the integrity of game files through steam.
Right Click the game>Properties>Local Files> Verify Integrity of game files.
Wait for it to finish, then log into Origin. Click play and it should work.
If you do not own BfN on Origin this may not work.

I don't have the game through Origin!

Not to worry, if you have Origin, launch it and go to Games>Add Non-Origin Game>Select the game through Steam>Steam Apps>common> Plants Vs Zombies Battle For Neighborville. Then retry the steps in the first section. It may help to reinstall the game entirely.

The game takes several times to click "Play" to launch

Again, verify the integrity of game files through Steam. Log into Origin again and this time Launch BfN through Origin instead.

I launch the game, but sometimes it just gives me a blank screen, or i'm stuck on another loading screen,

This happens frequently on PC. BfN has a number of performance issues on PC, this being one of them. Simply Alt-Tab and close the game, then re-launch it. If you have performance issues in game, such as lag spikes on first launch, it may help to reduce the graphics settings in the options menu in-game.

Im having a different issue

If there is an unlisted issue, let me know. These are the only solutions that have worked for me in the past to get the game running.
EDIT: I do not know how to fix the issue with accessing DLC content. If you haven’t already, talk to Rux in game. Hes a little gnome with a pink hat. If you have, then contact EA and open a support Ticket. This guide is to help with launch issues.
The game needs a lot of repairs, you're not alone.
As far as in-game performance issues, it's gonna be like that on PC until EA and Popcap make the necessary changes to get the game running properly.
Hopefully this has helped a few of you out here. It gave me a ton of issues when installing as well, and these solutions have worked for me, at least.
