Описание
UPDATED FOR 1.31.4

So here I philantropically present you Banners 4.0. I've tried to stay as close to the original Banners mod as possible, with some minor fixes and adjustments here and there. Moreover, I've decided to keep the shields instead of banners where they are supposed to be shields – like the HRE and Papacy interfaces.

If you notice some errors or bugs, please let me know. Feel free to incorporate this mod into yours, although credits to me and even more so to the original Banners mod creator (Norse Modder) would be appreciated.

P. S. If you play as an HRE elector and can't find the "Cast Vote" button, don't freak out, I've merged it with the now useless "diplomacy" button in the eagle's dexter claw.

just a fare warning. the mod in curent pathe will crash if you trie and trade favors with ai

i never play eu4 without this mod anymore since i like the banners way more than the coa design for the country flags (also makes more sense imho) :steamthumbsup:

Love this, but in 1.32.1 the blue outline for princes supporting the imperial reform in the HRE interface is hard to make out on the banners.
