I chose Kefka because his personality, look and fighting style is very suitable for the Samurai Warriors universe. This guide is not intended to establish a single parameter, but to motivate and inspire the creation of classic characters despite the limited options in the game.

Documents> Koei> Samurai> Import folder

Place a 1024x1024 jpeg.
Remember that you have to upload the image in the character creation menu.

I picked Kanbei fighting style because it's not a weapon, it's magic, and also has some dancing poses which fits Kefka properly. I believe that you can add fire and ice elements in your attacks by leveling up.

Before obtaining his god form, Kefka favored ice magic and used a morning star against some enemies in a cinematic event. I don't like Kanbei's weapon. Suggestions? Thanks for your designs, my MAN.
