Here is a very useful interactive map by NFS Polska. You can use this map as a guide to collect all of the Street Art, Flamingos, Billboards, and to complete all of the Speed Traps, Jumps, and Drift Zones. The map is identical to the in-game map, with the borders for each region. It shows the location of every collectible and activity in the game.

You can right-click an icon to hide it and unhide it respectively, to help keep track of what you have done and what you have left to do. You can also save and load your interactions with the map so that you can reload your progress if you close the map.

You can also unlock other items for every region by collecting all of the collectibles and completing all of the activities in that region.
