Magic the Gathering Cube Draft

This table is setup to play 2-4 players Magic the Gathering Cube Draft (or Cube Sealed). For a table more suited for Cube Draft, see Magic the Gathering

Each seat has it's own life counter and there are dice on the table to use as counters. There is also one of each basic lands to copy in your deck.

Cube Loading:

To load a cube, click the "Load Cube" button (seen only by host/admin). In the load window, paste a deck list and press the Load button. The cube will appear in front of your seat (This may take some time to load, see the log to follow progress). If required a second pile will also appear in front of your seat, containing all tokens related to the cube. This secondary deck will also contain the backside of transform cards.

The format supported for the deck list is the following:
## Card Name (SET)
or
## Card Name
or
## Card Name (SET#NUMBER)
or
## Card Name (SET#NUMBER#LANGUAGE)

With a single card per line.

Where ## is the number of copies, and SET is the 3 to 5-letters set code. The set is optional. If omitted the Card will use the most recent release of the card.

If the Set Number is used, the parsing is a bit different. To use set number, you must add the set code, and the search will be made using ONLY the set code and collector's number. However, the Card Name is used to create the tool tip of the card, and thus should not be non-sense.

If the Language is used, it must be used with the set code and collector's number. It will search only with those 3 parameters (but the Card Name is used to create the tooltip). Language is the 2 character code for languages used in Scryfall (see the notes below for the list). Not that the search is exact and if you search for a specific set/number/language combo that don't exist, you will see the cards as not found in the log.

Ex:
14 Island
will add 14 Islands and
14 Island (WAR)
will add 14 Islands from War of the Spark.
14 Forest (ZNR#280)
will add 14 Forests from Zendikar Rising, with the specific #280 print.
4 Demonic Tutor (STA#27#JA)
will add 4 Demonic Tutor from Strixhaven Mystical Archive, the specific #27 print, in japanese.

Note 1: The MTGO export option from Cube Cobra is the version without the set number and is supported as is.
Note 2: For some reason, the text boxes in TTS are limited to 16383 characters exactly. This allow for roughly 700 cards to be pasted at one time. If you have a 900 cards cube, load two halves and merge the decks.
Note 3: The version without the set is the text export commonly found in online deck builders such as Scryfall and Tapped Out.
Note 4: Everything on the line after the closing parentheses is ignored, so the MTGA Export with the card number at the end is also supported. To get a specific card number use the SET#NUMBER format described above.
Note 5: If there is an error, watch the log to find out in which card it is. The card name use exact search, so use a deck builder. There are sets that don't work, namely the Mystery Booster set code from Tapped Out will fail.
Note 6: The set codes from Scryfall should all work.
Note 7: When using the any format where language is not specified it will be the first language in the list, generally english, however some cards (like Demonic Tutor STA#90) only exist in a specific language and obviously this is the version that will be used.
Note 8: The language codes I'm sure will work are:
* EN: English
* ES: Spanish
* FR: French
* IT: Italian
* DE: German
* PT: Portuguese
* JA: Japanese
* KO: Korean
* RU: Russian

Draft Setup:

The host of the game has access to 2 buttons in the upper left corner of the UI:

"Configure Boosters" is used to configure the draft. The first input field hold the guid of the card pool (you can edit it by pasting the deck guid or selecting the deck and clicking the Copy Deck button. The second input field is for the number of cards per booster.

"Deal Boosters" will deal the number of cards configured from the draft pool to each seat with a player. It is to create new boosters fast.

@Perfect X. Creating a cube is documented above. Creating custom cards in not supported (you can however copy a card and change the face image directly as any other card in TTS)

@jackyaboy I ran into the same issue. It seems you have to "set" the cube you load in as the one to deal the boosters. If you right click the cube, then go to "Scripting", you'll see a "GUID" code you can Copy. Copy it, then in the "Configure Boosters" at the top left, paste it in the "GUID" box. I noticed the cube deck was highlighted at that point, and I was able to deal the boosters. Hope this helps!

When I try to deal boosters it says Error in Script (Global) function <onDealBoosters>: chunk_3:(322,11-18): attempt to index a nil value <5>

Scryfall changed their domains. I've gone through the json and updated the basic lands which are hardcoded to use their new domain, not sure how I can contribute this work back to you @Pol.

@skyvoc The tool only loads the cube as a single pile and shuffle it all. It's meant to be used as a cube draft not a booster draft. If you want to have rarity split boosters, you can do this manually. If you want multiple piles by rarity, you can run the load window multiple times with each time a sublist of a single rarity (just move the output cards before so it doesn't make a single pile again.
