Ultra Pro Dice Tray

Beskrivning
[IMPORTANT: Lock the dice tray so the dice go into the tray. Otherwise they will float in air]

The Ultra Pro Dice Tray is one of our insider jokes. We like to believe the Ultra Pro helps us with good fortune when we roll inside it. Of course it doesn't, but when it does it's even more fun :D

The Regular dice you add into your game have a bounciness value of 0.0 in their physics settings. We found that they are more likely to result in weird angles like this. So I tried a bit around and found that changing that bounciness value to 0.5 makes them less likely to fail. Please change this value manually on your dice if you want to unleash the full potential of the Ultra Pro Dice Tray! ;)

One way to add this dice tray into your game is first load the game you want to play, then click games on the upper menu bar, find Ultra Pro Dice Tray in your Workshop files and click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of it. Then finally you click on Expand and pick the Custom Model to place it into your game. From now on you can right click the object and click on Save Object, set a name for it and from now on you can spawn it into every game with the Object button in the top bar and find it under Saved Objects.

Good Luck on your dice rolls!

Thank you so much for such a detailed guide. I will have a go and report back once done! I am very grateful.

Normal/Bump is for spectacular, meaning a texture that is affected by the light source. Collider is the "hitbox". Usually you can use the model here as well. Feel free to try out stuff, because that really is the best way to learn in long term. And don't forget to lock the object once placed, otherwise the dice will not fall into the tray but only on top of the model limits.

Right-Click on the object you want to edit. Then go to Custom. There you can see a few options to edit. Copy the Model/Mesh link into your browser and it will open a download window. Diffuse/Image is the texture. You want to make sure to download both. If you edit the model, you also need to adjust the texture for it inside your model file, so it fits. Once done with both, open the custom window of that object again and click on the folder icon next to the Model and Diffuse section. Then you can upload the files from your computer. Make sure you pick "cloud", so everyone can see your changes when you choose to use it in one of your mods or upload it into the Workshop. It isn't very hard, but you might want to check out the official tutorial videos on the TTS Website, which help to get used to it.

Thank you! I am very new to TTS and just getting used to things. This is by far the best box rolling tray I've found (I also used to like Ultra Pro for my cards back in the day). How do I access the files to edit? Sorry if this is a simple question.

Hi, sure thing. Feel free to make it your own and reupload it.

Hi There, thank you for uploading this. Is it possible for me to alter the sides fr my own custom rolling tray?
