Description
SIrenHead is a tall mysterious humanoid creature known for its odd appearance and the various sounds that emanate out of its head, which consists of a metallic pole with sirens attached to it.

note for everyone who loves this mod:

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 smoker.

I really like how the smoker imitates voices from other SI and survivors, it's super cool. However, this only replaces l4d2 smokers. Smokers on l4d1 maps are unchanged. Could you update this mod to fix that?
