All you need is 1 or 2 Lich. Just summon skeletons and sacrifice them.

Best advice. Got it done in 1 run with a Lich, Zombie and Bone Golem tank. ^.- Heck, if you get Cannibal's jaw, put it on either the golem or the zombie and watch those stacks go up. It's amusing to see your Golem one-shot things with its first ability when you have sacrificed enough skeletons. X)
