This guide right here, will show you how to get them all.
Keep in mind, is unfinished.

Bosses

Industrial Sabotage

Defeat the first boss, duh.

Deep Dweller

Defeat the second boss. Rock Paper Scissors!

Rogue Scientist

Defeat the third boss. Also it grants you an upgrade after it.

Hostile Waters

Defeat the guardians. Whack Em! Also unlocks double jump

We Meet Again

Defeat the first boss! Again. Also grants an upgrade

Haywire

Defeat the sixth boss! And it grants an upgrade! I think.

Final Encounter

Defeat the Final Boss. Defeat the first boss, one last time, i should warn you that it ends the game also.

Difficulty

An Easy Escape

Complete the game on the Easy mode. Casual.....

Escape from Tethys

Complete the game on the Normal Mode. Was it tough eh?

One thing to mention, if you complete the game on Normal Mode, you get An Easy Escape, and Escape from Tethys achievement, so yeah, do it on normal.

Finish the game under 45 minutes limit. Profesionalism is only accepted. Remember, to complete the game you only have to defeat the Final Boss, you don't have to collect every each upgrade in the game.

Unlock the high-security gate. Nobody knows where it is, but romours say you have to find a curtain amount of keys to open the gate, one thing to find the gate, another thing to open it...

Thanks to a guy Strategius, i finally overcame laziness and finally completed the game. I should have done this long ago, and now i'm looking for upgrades to collect, to finally make this guide absolete. Wish me luck with that.
