Description



Overview

The Empty Vessel joins the battle! Emerging from the Abyss of Hallownest, and into the world of Rivals of Aether! The Knight will fight everyone that comes their way.

The Knight is a combo-heavy air fighter who uses Soul to power up during fights!


Rival



  • SOUL SYSTEM - The Knight's special moves are copies of the Soul Spells that the Knight learns while exploring Hallownest. By striking opponents, the Knight can gain soul and use it to power up these special moves. Long-press the special button to power up the Knight's spells at the cost of one soul charge! The Knight can store up to 4 charges and the powered-up spells are significantly more powerful than their counterparts.

  • POGO - The Down Aerial is the Knight's signature ability. With this move and a keen sense of timing, the Knight can attack their opponents and bounce off their heads! The bounce can be cancelled if you input a fast fall during the hit pause!

Other

  • PRIDE SKINS - Pressing on your Num pad when the base pride skin is equipped will make you change the flag.

  • ONLINE - Keep the Num pad key down while it's loading and you'll see your custom color!

maaybe just dont subscribe and leave the hate elsewhere? maybe learn to play and dont be bad at the game? even the level 9 cpu is beatable, albeit hard, and accurate to the original game, if u cant stand it and suck at the game, either dont use it or dont look at it, if a friend uses it then skill issue, learn to deal with it, theres far more broken characters, take a look a cosmic ronald, it doesnt take a genius to figure out its an OPTIONAL thing, just because you dont like it doesnt mean others dont, matter a fact, its doesnt say anywhere its something invented, it quite literally says in the descriptio its a copy from the original game, so maybe DONT trash if you arent even gonna be accurate about it 傲气的蓝炎 your name may mean proud blue flame in chinese, but dont forget it also means arrogant flame in japanese :P

Noticed that while using Kirby's copy ability on this character, Kirby becomes disproportionately big.

Fighting this character feels like fighting the knight from the original game imported without any balancing. It has basically no lag on any of its moves, moves that cover its entire hurtbox so i cant even get close, and melee moves with so much range they can hit me WHILE IM COMBOING THEM and combo me into death. I love this thing, but it needs a nerf so dam bad.

My PVE win rate with this mod character is significantly higher than with other characters.
I don't have a problem with the fact that the character's AI is stronger than the others, but the fact that it's still stronger than the others when I use the character is the problem.I love this character but I'm pretty sure it needs to be nerfed in this mod.

There's a very strange bug that seems to exist for this character: whenever I select Shovel Knight while this fella's lined up his default skin turns weirdly pale and I also can't select the Knight's hornet skin. I don't know if maybe there's some conflicting code going on?
