Director Kelly: Final question - why Reclamation? From the records we have on you, we don't seem to be the type of job you would normally take, even after the integration with XCOM.
UMP45 : That's easy: why'd you start Reclamation in the first place?

UMP45 is one of the more unusual Reclamation agents that's joined since Kelly started, but she does bring a unique set of skills and equipment to the table. (And she does come with a voicepack)

UMP45 for those not familiar with GFL, is what they call a T-Doll, or Tactical Doll. Or in other words, she's a robot and has the immunities that come with that. In addition:

UMP45 starts missions with a free smoke grenade that stacks with a smoke grenade item. In addition, she gets an additional charge once she's Rank 3. This perk also provides her with her Electronic Warfare Module, enabling her to hack open doors.

Electro-subdue
UMP45's takedown, when utilized on machines, lets her to use her EW module to stun them for a turn.

Heads Down - a cone-based version of Terminal's Pindown, Heads Down has the same effect as Pindown, except it can apply to multiple enemies at a time. It uses far much more ammo compared to Pindown, however.

Her first promotion grants her Tactical Reactions, which is a breach version of Faceoff. However, its damage and chance to hit are reduced, as its real tactical utility is that it forcefully bumps down the timeline positions of any enemy she shoots at from the breach point, enabling Chimera Squad to act after each other for the first round. Usable once per mission.

Her second promotion is a choice between Suppression Doll and Nanite Smoker. Suppression Doll upgrades Heads Down so it cooldowns faster, and can now roll for grazing damage against affected targets. Nanite Smoker replaces any smoke grenades UMP45 carries, with specialized nanite grenades that acts like smoke for friendly and civilian targets. For enemies? The nanites act like either poison or acid, albeit with no initial damage - it only applies the Damage over Time and debuff status effects to affected targets.

Her third promotion grants Charge!, letting her charge up to melee range against an enemy and take a shot that isn't affected by cover. This also bumps down the targeted enemy down in the timeline.

Her fourth promotion is a choice between Ever Vigilant (which works with Charge!), or Risktaker, making Charge no longer be turn ending and additionally granting Lightning Reflexes.

Her fifth promotion grants Overclock Surge. It's basically the Ronin's Tempo Surge but now UMP45 can join in on the fun of repeatedly getting way more turns. Once per mission.

She gets the standard 2HP bonus starter training at first.

On Rank 3, her unlock potentials training focuses on granting her additional armor and dodge.

On Rank 5, her ability training is for Master Hacker, which upgrades Electro-subdue so it now rolls for a chance of taking control of a mechanical target. It also enables Electro-subdue to no longer end the turn when used, if it's the first action UMP45 takes.

Unlike Julian, UMP45 can get scars from being severely damaged in the field (e.g reduced dodge, reduced mobility, etc). Tygan still gets into long conversations with Dr. Perscia as to why.

Navigate to (whatever drive Chimera Squad is installed)\steamapps\workshop\content\882100\2096814913

You should see a CookedPCConsole folder that just contains a soundbank file and corresponding txt file. Copy and paste that folder to:

Documents\My Games\XCOM Chimera Squad\XComGame

Merge it with any other CookedPCConsole folder if it exists from another mod you've installed. This will enable UMP45 to be properly voiced in both combat dialogue and the occasional interjection she'll make on a few missions (and one snarky comment she'll make during an Agent recruitment dialogue)

UMP45 has decided to claim Axiom's locker (by default), so she and Axiom will fight offscreen over who gets to actually visually appear in the armory if they're both available in base. This should have no major gameplay effects.
