execution
Here's the input:
A A (keep it held), press S and D after each other. Almost no delay after S, slight delay after D. There's a rhythm to it, you will figure it out.

This works because opposite directions pressed at the same time cancel each other out.
video demonstration
Here's a great video explaining and demonstrating this technique (the video is not mine):

requirements
Having a good keyboard with no ghosting issues helps (might not be required though), since this method requires you to press buttons while another button is held.

The common way to check your keyboard for ghosting is trying to write the following sentence in a text editor of your choice with both SHIFT buttons held:
THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG.

Pretty sure you can still use the kbd method even on most keyboards with ghosting since there's only few buttons involved.

@cOmplex, because it's different motions that involve different finger movements, so when training one you're not training the other. Practice should fix this.

For some reason I can do it well on left side but I get a tiny sidestep when I do LBD on right side. The problem is, I play on right side. Like I don't get it why I can KBD left side when I don't even play left, I use right hand for movement btw

You won't block lows, but as far as mids and highs go you will block those.
