Vietdoom is a fantastic mod for gzdoom made by 'SGtMarkIV' ho also created the 'Brutal doom' mod.
In vietdoom you have a lot of class choices with lots of different weapons. Have you ever seen the movie 'Platoon'? well Vietdoom is getting close to it. You can also play it Non-VR.
