Small part of Grand Theft Auto 3 Portland with Sex Club Seven and Claude's home.
This map WON'T be expanded unless there's map size limit update for Garry's Mod. Do NOT ask for full scale Portland.
If you're curious, the bounding box here[i.imgur.com] shows how much of Portland will fit in Garry's Mod.
Map name is GM_GTA3Portland.

Features:
- Exact replica of the original Red Light district.
- Compatible with weather mods.
- AI nodes and navigation mesh.
- Physics objects you can interact with.
- Cubemaps.
- No content required.

Yeah. Maybe have various Gmod maps representing the various areas/districts of Libery City, with the areas beyond being represented as skybox?
