Changes the (accidental?) buff of 3 additional shots with Caustic and Bluescreen Rounds, to a debuff of losing one shot when your weapon's equipped with those rounds.

Certain ammo types would give you additional ammo, for no reason. this fixes that bug.

Perfect ! i knew that Caustic Ammo +3 is definitely bugged
