having a hard time finding them. maybe they are just a leveled item and i got lucky or something. The vendu girl in the services area had some constant effect stuff on reloading. could have just got lucky. Since it was right by where u'd need levitation, figured they just added it there for that. shrugs. Could be one of the mods too i guess.

i miss spoke and i found them in tel vos not tel fyre. one of the vendors was selling them. see if i cant find something about them. they were called shoes of the cloud walker

dude... There are some shoes in tel fyr with a constant levitate effect. Just look around tel fyr. Cut out like most of this video.
