Weapon: Sage's staff
Accessories: hp statue
Runes: 2 pdef/mdef, 1 hp, 2 atk spd
Cards prioritiy: Comeback > Gale > Inertia
The rationale of inertia is to deal damage in two forms : basic attack damage 40% ma proc + attack damage % boost coupled with the atk speed runes and gale. I've tested this build in about 20 over games and is exceptionally effective in 1v3 when your 'R' is up, wrecking an opponent squad and creating ample space for your dps.
Damage from YT video: around 36K
Damage from my games: a solid range of 12 - 22K
the in-game description is different , it says that you have to be hit by a cc skill . is this an error?
