Europa Universalis x10
This mod is an updated version of Europa Universalis x10. This popular mod seems to no longer be updated, so I decided to update it alone. But because I didn't want to just update it, I decided to multiply policies and government reforms, not just the ideas. I'm planning to multiply more things, but it takes a lot of time, so more will come in a future.
Disclaimer
This mode is not made to be balanced. It's unbalanced as hell. Having +10 artillery fire as Spain or +50 administrative efficiency as Deccan is incredibly strong. On the other hand, all republics will have 0 absolutism almost all the time because of their absolutism penalty.

    If this is still being worked on, it appears that the HRE disbands automatically because no nation has the right government type to be eligible to be Emperor.

    To be fair, thanks to him, I found a bug, because the canal wasn't multiplied on tier 1 and 2. And I have nothing to say to the rest of this situation.
