Oblivion Skooma

PLEASE READ ALL THIS. It'll probably be useful.

This is a mod that makes Skooma signifigantly more potent. It changes the stats to the closest I could possibly get to the stats from oblivion. In this mod, it buffs your melee weapon skills, makes you "faster", but severely harms your magical skills.

VERY IMPORTANT: Since there is no alchemical speed boost effect in the CK, I put a slow time effect on it instead. There is no requirements for this mod aside from the base game and the only conflicts are other mods that change skooma.
