CSGO style crosshairs

This addon adds some commands to create csgo-style crosshairs
Console commands include:
cl_csgocrosshairenable, 0 or 1 for enabling or disabling the mod

To color the crosshair, enter Red, Green, Blue, and Alpha (Transparency) values ranging from 0 to 255
cl_crosshaircolor_r
cl_crosshaircolor_g
cl_crosshaircolor_b
cl_crosshaircolor_a

cl_crosshairdotsize, 0 to disable, central dot
cl_crosshair_t, 0 to disable the top line of the crosshair
cl_crosshair_outlinethickness, Thickness of outline, 0 to disable
cl_crosshairgap, Gap between crosshair and center
cl_crosshairsize, Length of crosshair lines
cl_crosshairthickness, Thickness of crosshair lines

These numbers don't perfectly align with CSGO's
