When I place them inside of a building, they disappear after some time. How can I fix it?

how far away from the road can these be placed?
My situation: I use invisible roads as well as normal ones and something doesn´t work right, the citizens despawn their cars at the same spot and walk after that; I am tryn to figure out what exactly the problem is. The cubes they want to go to are quite far from the road and between the road and the block is a pedest. path; if you have any ideas pls let me know
