This should work with other teams as well. However every team is different and not all teams will do well with this tactic. I feel that having DL,DR,AML and AMR that have high speed and average to high workrate stats are crucial as they need to attack and get back to deffend. But thats just me :)

To stop 0-0 or missed chances you need your team to have full capability with the tactic and also the right training schedual most of the time during the season stick to balanced, not scoring attacking for a week, conceding too many defensive for a week and every so often team cohesion. No rest before matches one day of match training I stick to defensive movment

Players who have long throws will also help you score goals
