112 Operator console commands & save editing

Hey guys! To cheat in 112 Operator, you only need a few things.
a) You need to learn how to open the console. Press the "\" backslash key, a screen should pop up from the top.
b) To enable cheats, just type "EnableCheats" into the console, or the commands will not work
c) The commands in this guide are the ones we know of that work.
If any commands are not working please tell me in the comments so I can update the guide.

The Codes

The console commands are as follows
1. GiveMeTheMoney - This one is pretty self-explanatory. executing this command will give you +$1,000,000,000. This is the most common command to use.
2. AddReputation [amount of rep you want] - Self-Explanatory
3. AddExperienceToAllMembers [a big number] - If you enter a large number, you can have maximum experience on all members in no time.
3. ExtinguishFire [position X] [Position Y] - Removes fire easily but you do need to have the co-ordinates of the fire, which can be difficult.
4. UnlockVehicle [name of the vehicle you want to unlock] - This command will unlock any vehicle in the game.
5. Promote - You get a promotion.
6. AddCareerPoints [number of career points] - Adds career points
7. SolveAllIncidents - Overwhelmed? Use this command!
8. SkipDuty - You would not dare, would you?
9. KillAllSuspectsOnSite - Self-Explanatory
10. DealDamageToOnSiteSuspects - Self-Explanatory

I managed to fix the first opening of the console. I downloaded the US system language pack and switched to english key layout until I ooopened it. I used the on screen keyboard for this and after it I switched back to my default language (HUN) and worked fine. I can use the console now with the key 0. But before this I couldn't open the console.
TL;DR You need to switch to US/ENG system language and use the on screen keyboard to type in "EnableCheats".

Setbacks

When you execute the EnableCheats command, it changes a boolean in your save file named "cheatsUsed" from "false" to "true". This will make the amount of incidents spike.
This can be solved by simply changing the boolean back to "false".
The issue with this is, you need to execute the EnableCheats command every time you load. Meaning, you can't change the boolean back and have it remain false.

In former versions of the game, achievements were disabled when using cheats. This is now no longer true and you should still get achievements when playing with cheats on.

Actually the code to instant Finish a duty is FinishDuty. AddExperienceToSelectedMember does exist as well.

For Czech (Europe?) QWERTZ keyboard. Download EN US Language for Windows. Switch Windows language to EN US. Use key "¨¨" [ | ) \ ň]. 100% works.

to enable cheats on azerty you can do ctrl + alr + ~

For european keyboards it also works to open up the console with "Alt gr" + "+". Alt gr is to the right of the space bar

Is there any way to increase the amount of recruitable personel? The game forces me to take more zones but doesn't give me enough guys to have a force large enough to deal with them

@CrissSpirit Oh, interesting. OK thanks for that new information, I didn't even notice they changed it back at some point. Congrats on completing a scenario on Hard mode.,

Hi again! I just tested the command "GiveMeTheMoney" and after finishing a scenario on HARD difficulty I still got the achievement for completing it. So the cheat codes are NOT disabling the achievements, just like in the first game (911 Operator) :D

Hi there! I see that you wrote in you guide that the achievements are disabled if you use the codes. Is it still the case? In the previous game, 911 Operator, the achievements still worked even if you used the codes.
