Rwby Custom Character: Masa Mura (Now with Usable weapon through PAC3)

This is a Dupe but there is a link at the bottom of this writing to get to the Pac3 script Version of Masa's weapon
"Red Mist" you can use.

[Name]: Masa Mura
[Gender]: Male
[Species]: Human

[Personality]: Masa is known to be normally the cold calculating type with slight hints of kindness. He doesn't like the touchy feely moments in life and usually stays in the shadows watching. He is a strong leader reading the situation while taking into account his team mates strengths and weaknesses in combat or normal life

[Semblance]: "Red Symphony" Masa's Semblance is one that increases the speed of the blood in his body giving him a burst of speed that is un-naturally quick. This gives him the ability to go strait through enemies cutting them down in a blink of an eye.
- There are a few downsides: 1). One he has to stand still for a moment to charge his blood leaving him open for attacks. 2). It has a set range and is direct meaning it is a strait line attack.

[Weapon]:
The "Red-Mist" is a two handed katana with a built in sheath SMG owned by the huntsman: "Masa Mura". The weapon has a trigger for the gun part of the weapon to fire on the sheath's lower bottom. It's gun part is fed by a top loaded rear mag (Like a P90). The blade is given it's Red color from the red dust infused in it's metal which runs through the blade down to the hilt . If one clicks the button on the blade's hilt a burst energy is sent though the blade from the hilt creating a energy slash that leaps from the blade and cuts through the air.

[Fun-facts]:
I named him "Masa Mura" after Muramasa the legendary Japanese sword maker of the quote cursed blades. These blades where said to hunger for blood and caused madness to the wielder. This part of the folk lore also is represented by his semblance as the more hits he gets on his charges up his power until it is released in a psychology altered state.

[New note]:
His weapon is now on a ball joint. Its kind hard to use rolling around but if you can delete it or remove the ball joint. It's also can shoot now.
