This building is located in front of Osaka station in Osaka, which is the center of Osaka. Ok I identified the problem you have rename it therefore i lost the RICO setting, as asset creator you shoud never rename your Asset even if you have spell incorrectly the name, because that mean 3901 suscribers before your update will lost the work they have done on the city ( decoration around etc) you can change the name on the thumbnail / tooltip if you want, but not the asset name :) cheers.

Hello ! did you just touch something or the name of your asset ? it s report as missing on LSM and disapear on my city :( it worked find until this morning, btw beautiful asset
