Here you go
So you've maxed out your in-game sensitivity and it still feels too slow? Having problems busting jars? This is how you fiddle with the registry to get the most speed out of your mouse.

DISCLAIMER: these are changes done to the windows registry and only tested on windows xp; they will also change your mouse sensitivity outside the game. if you don't want to handle the responsibility of making these changes yourself, don't make them at all. I am not responsible if you mess up your registry or mouse settings with this.

First of all, make sure you have maximized sensitivity in-game (and activate + maximize mouse acceleration if it's there - I can't remember since it's been a while since I played SS13). Secondly, go to mouse settings in the control panel and in "pointer options" turn the pointer speed up as far as it will go and check "enchance pointer precision". If you hadn't done these already, do them and check to see if the in-game sensitivity feels better.

Still not enough? run regedit (from Start -> Run) and look for the key:

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse

give these 4 variables these values:

MouseSensitivity = 20
MouseSpeed = 2
MouseThreshold1 = 0
MouseThreshold2 = 0

The thresholds change when mouse acceleration gets activated. By making them both 0, we're telling windows to immediately accelerate the mouse (threshold1) and take it to maximum speed immediately (threshold2) so this way, you have maximum speed on your mouse always.

If this doesn't work well enough, change your mouse :P Mice have limits on their speed that are inherent to the device, so if your mouse is slow by design, you can't do much other than change your mouse (sorry).

Thats it, hope it helps you break lots of jars. Go doctor now.
