303 - Software House

1. Sleep in car at parkinglot until 6pm (18:00)
2. Go and hide infront of the house until 7pm (19:00)
3. At 7pm on of the guards will move from the back of the house to the gate where you entered, when he does that go past him to the back of the house.
4. Climb the gutter at the back of the house and enter through the balcony door.
5. Loot all the small things on the first and second floor very fast! You need to exit the building before 11pm! (NOTE: One of the guards will be on the first floor when you are in the house so be aware of that!)
6. There is an expensive painting in the conferance room at the top floor, when you have looted everything else take the painting and head to the balcony where you entered.
7. Throw the painting over the hedges so it lands on the outside.
8. At 11pm (23:00) the guard at the gate will move inside the house. When he does that make a run for it and exit the compound.
9. Take the car to the back and pick up the painting.
10. Profit!

to get in, why not just uh, park your van against the wall near the house wall with the gutter, and now you can get in and out (out by jumping on the balcony fence to the outer fence, just use the printer) and also easily get heavy items in/out
