(This is the none essential version, meaning you can kill this one! :D)

It's him! The Adoring Fan is back!

This is a follower modeled after the famously annoying adoring fan from oblivion.

His skills are screaming, running away, and holding torches.
All the benefits of a totally useless follower without all the "Azuras".

He can be found in Windhelm usually hanging out by the merchant stalls. He seems to like to use the enchantment table near there...
