.........GOBBLE GUM.........
so there is a cycle to your gobble gum. lets just say your 5 gums are A,B,C,D,E. you hit the machine every round once and get the following.

ROUND 1: A
ROUND 2: C
ROUND 3: E
ROUND 4: D

Now on round 5 you will be guaranteed to get B as its the only one you have not got yet. The only way you can get the same one twice in a row is if you end and start the cycle with the same gum. So it would be possible to get two of B in a row but now you cant get another B until you get A,C,E,D. Its like putting them into a hat and pulling them out one by one until they are all gone and then putting them back in the hat to do it again.
.........DROP CYCLE.........
just like the gum cycle the drops also have a cycle for how they appear. This only applies to the 4 core drops (max, insta kill,nuke,2x).
Here's a example.

DROP 1: NUKE
DROP 2: 2x
DROP 3: insta kill

Now your next drop must be a MAX AMMO. this only applies to core drops and not the activated drops. there is also a drop limit of 4 drops per round.
.........ACTIVATED DROPS.........
Some drops aren't in the game right at the beginning. Some only become available after certain actions happen.

MOVING THE BOX
this causes fire sales to spawn. If you never move the box you will never see a fire sale.

BUYING QR IN SOLO (quick revive)
some maps have it set where when you buy QR it activates death machine on the map. you can test this on SOE.

WINDOWS DOWN
when there's a certain number of boards down then carpenter will spawn. its hard to prevent this one and keeping the windows boarded slows the game down.

(NONE OF THESE ARE INCLUDED IN THE CORE CYCLE SO THEY WILL JUST CAUSE LESS MAX AMMO DROPS AND SUCH.)
.........JUST A TIP.........
I notice a lot of people want to keep one zombie at the end of a round to do things. I always ask why and get told its faster. You are playing the game to go through round so if for example on round 1 on SOE you want to save a zombie and do all the PAP steps think of it like this. you can non stop kill zombies and go through rounds while doing those things and it will get done just as fast only difference is the game is actually progressing faster through rounds while you do the steps. it actually slows the game down to save a zombie. only time you should save a zombie is if you are bad and need to do these things on low rounds.

i play on ps4 with over 100 days played and 200+ solo on more than half the maps and 130+ coop on a few.
I know this is a old game but i don't see this info anywhere on steam and decided to share. Good luck in zombies.

I also wanna point out that you said you only have 100 days played, yet you somehow have 200 days on solo and 130 days on co-op... Even if you've been playing for the added 330 days, that is nowhere near enough to speak on things like this, there is no order to gobblegums, especially when there's a chance to spin either the same gum 5 rounds in a row or never get a specific gum until round 30.

I've been playing Zombies since it came out on the original Xbox on WaW. Thousands of hours across 5 consoles (Xbox, PS2, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox One X) and a PC. The drops, at least from BO1 onwards, are completely randomized. You can get a death machine first thing, and you can get a carpenter with all boards patched up. Also, moving the box isn't what causes Fire Sales to begin spawning, they begin dropping from round 5 onwards at a chance that starts at 1/20 and, as the rounds go on, increases until it eventually maxes out at around 1/8. (round 10 for Infinite Warfare, same chances except slower to max out). Also, saving one zombie to do stuff is pretty helpful, especially when it's a game that isn't BO3 where you have to rely a lot more on skill to do much.

Im not sure if most of you understand what the gobble section is saying,
Gobs are random, but not completely.
Lets say you have ABCDE as your gobs, You spin and get A.
This only leaves BCDE in the pot for you to grab.
lets say the next three rounds are:

2) D
3) B
4) E

Then the only gob left in the machine is C, since you haven't gotten it this cycle.
After grabbing C, the cycle resets, giving you another random gob the next round.
The only way to get the same gob twice, is to get lucky.
the last gob (C) of the cycle is random and the first gob (a) is as well.

how can you end and start a cycle if the cycle is random??? fucking idiot

"The only way you can get the same one twice in a row is if you end and start the cycle with the same gum" how the fuck does that make sense?

I've persoonally tested out the gobblegum theory, it doesn't work.

basically if there are 20 zombies while im tryna place a skull on the altar in zns im more likely to die than if i had 1 zombie on me
