Ultimate High Crime Spree Builds (100k to infinite)

This Guide is going to feature 6 unique high crime spree builds that work for ECM-Rushing to solo no AI runs still on ranks above 100.000.
Here certain builds are being used from older guides of mine, those reused builds being updated/improved in this new guide though.

All of these listed builds may have some things incommon, all with Two-Piece Suit, all builds except 2 builds, will have Anarchist perk deck, and also certain skills like:
  • Inspire ace: I don't think I need to add more

  • Certain Convert skills: Converts can be useful as a distraction, allowing to get some more cover

  • Bullseye basic: It gives the player a better armor regeneration if headshot = better surival ability

  • Drill Sawgeant ace: Drill time reduce by 30% is extremely useful at high crime spree, considering there are sometimes areas which require drilling, that are getting hard to defend or cannot be kept as a safe place for the players much more

  • Swan Song ace: After the player may lost his full HP, its nice to have an extra 6 seconds to move around or interact with certain objectives or deployables such as medic bag
Rogue DLC-Less non Infamy Build
This Build is made for any ECM-Rushable heist like Bank Heist, Shadow raid, etc. and also for certain simple Loud-only Heists including Stealing Xmas, The Breakout, Four Floors and such. I don't tend to use a build like this one for challenging Heists however, I rather stick to Anarchist builds there.

I actually wanted to go for Lock n' load basic combined with Duck and Cover ace, however drill skills are actually more valuable - at least Drill Sawgeant ace

ECM Skills to be able to ECM-Rush/Stealth and parkour skills

This build is best used to plant C4 while having active Pocket-ECM or being in Swan Song.
HE Bow can be used to blast C4 out of range as well.

Enforcer
Basic bullseye for having armor regen by hitting headshots, it is a small help but I came to the experience that this skill is actually very useful even for Dodge builds.
Shock and Awe to have a base faster armor regen

Technician
Jack of all trades ace to have medic bags as secondary.
Drill sawgeant ace up to Fire Trap ace to have fire C4

Ghost
Just a bit of duck and cover ace and parkour basic and optical illusions to be less targeted

This build can be perfectly used for both ECM-Rushing and pretty much any loud heist on crime spree, however best use for that is on heists that feature SWAT turrets, or are not heists that you need to defend an area for a decent amount of time such as "Four Floors" or "The Search".

Basic Bullseye for better armor regeneration

Technician
Jack of all trades ace to have medic bags as secondary.
Jack of all Trades for that secondary Medic Bag and Drill Sawgeant for shorter drill time

Ecm Specialist to block Pagers for ECM rushing, Nimble ace since I persoanlly think its more useful than being able to opening doors with the ECMs since you need them anyway for rushing and keycards is a thing as well. Duck and Cover ace for a better dodge chance and Optical Illusions to be less targeted

Fugitive
Swan Song ace is useless at ECM-Rushing that's for sure, but it is nice to have since this build is also being used for Loud

Anarchist C4 Build
Perfect use for this is at any situation where you need to defend a certain objective without you wanting to expose yourself, one heist being "Counterfeit". C4 is just excellent to defend the Water Hose against the cops. C4 also handles multiple cops at once very well, capable of killing many cops with a few C4's only, actual Captain Winters (not modifier) can we defeated with 6 well placed C4.

This Build works by featuring a Grenade launcher with Ammo bags to spam the floor with fire in a way to have the cops constant stunned

Bulletstorm ace to get a long time spray without reload and Fully loaded basic to have some more grenades

Running from death basic to have slighty faster reload time after being revived for Grenade Launcher

But why? I have this weapon here listed for Panic Room and Brooklyn 10-10, since this weapon deals the best with Snipers, also for Panic Room especially: Be sure you have High Value target at least basic (aced would be a massive difference though), remove Partners in crime for that matter

Bringing a flamethrower for "Four Floors" or similar heists that feature objectives where an enemy is supposed to be killed is pretty much a must have - it deals the fastest way with them

This build has both C4 and ECM-Jammers, both great ways to keep cops stunned without much player interaction, and this is mainly being abused on solo Crime Spree considering you cannot really face the enemy for a long time.

Mastermind
Confident ace to have 2 converts giving more distration and Stockholm Syndrome ace considering you only have Feign Death (45% chance) ace as your other ability to be revived after downed

Enforcer
Basic Bullseye for better armor regeneration

Technician
From Drill sawgeant ace up to Fire trap ace for fire C4 and Jack of all trades ace to have ECM-Jammers as well

Ghost
ECM-Jammers to have ECM-Feedback to stun cops for 30 seconds.
Duck and Cover ace for a better dodge chance and Optical Illusions to be less targeted

Fugitive
No Swan Song because I personally think it is pointless, if you get downed you only have 45% to get up or have to use Stockholm Syndrome, and I most of the time went down to snipers or certain other specials anyway, not when I was interacting with objectives or something in those lines.

Solo High Crime Spree is something most people don't expect to actually being performed, I can assure you there are several heists that have been done already solo without AI, "The Search" or "Stealing Xmas" for example. This Build may being one of the better solo builds for High Crime Spree, this is still extremely difficult to pull off, High Crime Spree solo no AI requires careful playstyle with strategies - at least on more challenging heists.

Surely works but has a few disadvantages, mainly the lack of Swan Song - that makes getting objectives done harder. You might wanna change a few skills around but honestly Id just recommend taking one of the upper 3 anarchist builds (Anar ECM, C4 and Ammo)

anarchist ammo build is just the worst lmao. i couldnt even do damage on overkill and this build is made for high end crime sprees XD

Not at all, the cops do hundreds of thousands of damage anyway. Dmg reduction is kinda pointless
