[100% Achievements Guide] in a single play-through!

As an achievement hunter, being able to get to 100% completion in as few play-through's as possible is a big help! Especially if you can do it in just a single one! I played this game a bunch of times to find the best choices to get a perfect game on your first try so you don't have to! That being said, you should play through this game multiple times to see how each choice plays out on your own because there are a lot of fun ones you'll miss if you just play it once!

Some info!

Before we begin, there are a few things I need to point out

One thing you'll notice is that some of the choices will lead to negative values. That's okay!
When this happens, it means there will be a positive value added later as a result of this choice, which I will make note of when it happens. Remember: not everything you have to say may be liked by the patients, but when they find it to be true later their opinion of you goes up!

Some of the patients will have a positive value no matter what is selected, but depending on the selection, it can make the value greatly increase or greatly decrease during a future encounter. Some of the selections made from one patient affect other patients as well. There are a few patients that will be "locked" from giving recommendations if you don't get them early enough in the game or before certain encounters. All of these reasons are why it is important that you follow this guide, step by step, or you risk needing to start from the beginning in order to get all of the recommendations.

This guide shows you how to get 11 out of 12 of the recommendations**, but in order to get all of the achievements, you only need 8 out of the 12.

**NOTE: I tried several different ways but was unable to get Ricardo Ferraro to give a recommendation! BUT this guide will show you how to get all achievements without his recommendation**

I will now list the encounters in order of appearance and the corresponding answers, with the values they give. Note: if there is a "?" next to the value, this is simply because the recommendation was already received and I didn't know the exact value, just that it was positive or negative.

I just followed the guide all the way through on an alt account with the corrections from comments below, and all achievements popped!

Sorry for the long delay in updating the guide! It should be good now to get all achievements if followed!

I wish I've seen the comment about the Lancelot before I've played the entire game... You definitely need to choose A when you meet Lancelot for the second time in Act 2.

@Loud Frown The answer doesn't matter in Ferraro's case because either way you will not be able to get the recommendation. Yes he will have a negative value the one way, but in both cases Ferraro dies and is unable to give a recommendation to you as a result, thus the answer doesn't matter. As I stated in the beginning of the guide, I have been unable to get a recommendation from Ferraro, no matter what I try, and I'm beginning to think that it was meant to be that way by the creator.

There's a flaw in the listed actions that prevents getting the Lancelot Moore achievement.

After the heading "Back to Doctoring!", the second entry for Lancelot Moore gives choice B. That leads to him marrying Emma and dying before having the final consultation with him, preventing the achievement.

After the heading "Back to Doctoring!", the second entry for Lancelot Moore should have choice A, which has him not marry Emma. Then the consultation with Emma Sharpe 5 entries after it doesn't take place, instead John Whitgift is immediately followed by Alice Blague.

Otherwise, following these choices with that one change will get all achievements.
