Effective Grinding (EXP)
The most basic way to earn EXP is to kill monsters, everyone knows that much. However, killing monsters that are at the same level as you do not give a lot of EXP. (About 10-16) In order to level up effectively, you must defeat strong foes. (20 levels above yours at least)

Defeating such foes will earn up to 4000 - 6000 EXP and probably more. I say " probably" because even though I defeated a Lv200 monster at Lv120, I only received 6200 EXP. (No modifiers)

Be adviced that you should be very careful when doing so and be sure that you have GREAT ACCURACY!!!! If you don't, all your hits will miss and thus, take a long time to defeat ennemy or even make it impossible.

If you still are at the beginning of the game (Or completed it. Whatever) and cannot find strong ennemies, go for multiplayer!
Even though it is dead, ennemies in multiplater are about 10-20 Lvs higher (normal difficulty). But once again, be cautious.

The most of strong foes are located throughout the "Abandoned Area".
Yes, there are other places.

Bastia Gate Floating Ruins Area / Ruined Tower-Underground Waste Channel (Solo Only)

Everything that's in the hole of the Driogeer Skycaves Area

Closest (from teleports) spots with EXP / LUC potions:

Erupting Ley Lines / Middle of map, north / - Grant Exp Flagon x5 [Drop Rate: Almost always]
[Cordia Gardens -> Erupting Ley Lines]

Snow-Crowned Peak / Middle of Map, south / - Luc Potions x10 [Drop Rate: Rare]
[Icetomb Road -> Shrine of Frozen Obliteration -> Snow-Crowned Peak]

Probably Best method:

Requirements:

* at least one protection skill [more = better]: Hyper Armor [grants protection only to you]/ Protection Armor [grants protection to all party members] [Recommended, they are full protection skills for specified time], Shiny Hollow [Not recommended, its just 12 physical clones buff for cost of burst gauge bar = 0]

* Good 2H Sword / Weapon with many AoE attacks

* Perfect Style Battle Skill / Sword Skill with True Strike effect (to make sure you will hit enemy, not miss)

Recommended:

* Finished OSS Implements, experience with using chained sword skills.

* Unlocked Battle Skills with Sword Skill activation time / delay reduction and offensive stats boosts (to boost sword skills)

When you finish preparations:

Go to Icetomb road -> Shrine of Frozen Obliteration. Kill golems near entrance then walk into great hall with long lines of high lvl golems. Now if you have any boost skills [stats, etc] use them then run into golems [make sure they will not hit you] to trigger them all and make them follow you (its better to avoid triggering 3 strongest golems near door to other room, bcs they are really strong). When all of them will run to catch you stand somewhere and wait for them to come closer. when first of them will activate his skill, before he will land his hit use protection skill to protection yourself. Then use all the protection time to kill this big group of golems with AoE skills (AoE skills + Skill Chaining will make it really easy and fast). IF your protection will get really close to expire and there are still few golems left, if you have another protection skill, use it, if not - run, maybe next time you will kill them all. [With this method, i was getting like 6000-11000 exp per golem [with all modifiers/boosters, it depends on +% (max +50%) from killing using sword skills]

That's it.

EXP Modifiers
1: The "Expert Eye" skill. This skill can be equipped at all times as long as you don't pick another "Passive Skill".
Grants a 10% bonus EXP for each kill
It is located in the skill tree under the "Dagger" section in the "Searching" skill tree

2: The "Gain EXP" skill.
This skill can be activated at any time and grants a SMALL AMOUNT of EXP (15%)
Located in the "Searching" skill tree.

3: EXP Flagon and Grand EXP Flagon (Consumable)
EXP Flagon: Once used, gives the player a 15% EXP bonus for a set amount of time
Grand EXP Flagon: Gives player 25% EXP bonus for a set amount of time

4: Weapons, Equipment and crafting
Some weapons and pieces of gear have special properties and one of them is bonus EXP.
You probably noticed those red chests yes? These always contain weapons, strong or weak.
This is the most likely way to get your hands on such weapons.

I do not recommend treasure hunting however, since the chance of finding a weapon with such properties is insanely rare.

Second of all: Crafting
If you REALLY want a weapon giving EXP, Lisbeth's Smithy is your best bet! Of course, you need the specific items but I cannot help you with that. You can simply kill monsters and look for fetching spots and hope to get the items.

Finishing off an enemy with a sword skill gives a certain percentage of bonus EXP (Boost depends on how much time it took to kill enemy and how many skills you used, max boost is +50%).
Skill Points and unlocking new skills
Skill points are the currency to unlock new skills. Sword skills, combat skills etc...

These are earned by doing a very simple action: Fighting

Let's get into details.
When opening the menu, on the right you have your stats, weapon skill mastery and the "Fighting style" mastery.

Each weapon has it's own mastery and you have to fight with them to raise it.

ALSO, unlocking new Sword Skills is done by. You guessed it: Raise Mastery level of a weapon

There are two "fighting styles": Shield Wield and Evasive Arts

-Killing ennemies will raise the mastery of currently equipped weapon.
-Doging/evade and moving will raise the Evasive Arts (If not wielding shield)
-If shield equipped, you will automatically block attacks (more like reduce damage taken) at the cost of restrained movement when engaging head on. (Blocking raises mastery)

Each one of those actions earns skill points.

*Attention: When the enemy is weaker or as strong as you are, you will earn very few points.
Super Armor [Sword Skills]
You probably noticed that some Sword Skills has "Super Armor", game is not clearly explaining what that means, exactly if Skill has this effect, you are unflinching once the skill animation starts. Its useful especially for Sword Skill Chains [see Sword Skills Chains category] when enemy is ready to attack.
[Important] Multiplayer glitches and making a backup.
* Losing progress when kicked from session

Rarity: Always

When you level up in group and spend most of time in hollow area, always remember to return to communications room every some time to save your progress. Reason is that when someone will get kicked from your session / game / room (there are a lot of reason, for example game crash) he will lose his entire progress from moment you last time been in communications room to save it. It could look like not a big problem but believe me, I seen a lot of time people who lost like 30-40 lvls or good equipment bcs we forgot to do it.

* Invisibility caused by helmets

Rarity: Always

This glitch occurs when you equip iron helmet from 92 floor shop on your parnter (no matter which one) and yourself at same time. It will make you and most npcs invisible
It was found by Yasseth, when he equipped those helmets on himself and Leafa, his game started acting weird. Solution for this is just removing those helmets either from u or partner.
More info about this glitch:

-You cant see textures of enemies
-You can see only traders
-Most npc are insivible
-Interacting with npc will only show their name
-When playing with other players, you will be half invisible(flashing bettwen visible and not) to other players but you can be seen on radar.
-You cant see anyone in multiplayer

[Multiplayer] - Player is first visible (check radar)

[Multiplayer] - Player is now invisible (check radar)

[Singleplayer] - Me and my Liz with equipped helmets (disappeared)

[Singleplayer] - Me and Silica before I equipped my helmet

[Singleplayer] - Me and Silica after I equipped my helmet

* Classified Zone players visibility glitch

Rarity: Common / Uncommon

When you team up to go clear classified zone together, after teleporting to classified zone you will see only yourself (you will not be able to see your teammates) and you will be able to only read what they text on game chat. Its frustrating, especially if you want to go fight monsters that you are not able to kill without help of others and now game just throws you into room full of monsters without your team. Mostly to fix it (sometimes for good / for entire run, sometimes only temporarily / for few floors) you need to go to teleport device and proceed to next floor, then your team should appear.

Me just after i entered classified zone and this glitch happened.

* Blank player names

Rarity: Rare

This glitch happens when player joins room (as far as I noticed, if he joins same room few times, still rarely). Only thing that happens is that above player's head and in battle log / chat his name is blank.

Example of this glitch

* Insane speed glitch

Rarity: Rare

This glitch can rarely occur when your hp drop to 0 [ or 1 ], instead of being incapacitated your character will start running in specified direction, quickly increasting its speed to insane amount. It will stop running when hit wall. You can manipulate direction of running, simply when near death start moving in direction you want and hope glitch will occur (Not Tested that yet, but its probably
possible).

* Levels 0-44

Rarity: Always

This glitch mostly occurs when high level player make room in multiplayer list. He need to be atleast 256 to activate this glitch. As Azuron noticed "It probably is Lv300 when Lv44 is displayed. Reason being that this number (or rather variable) apparently uses 8 bits (1 byte), allowing for 2^8 = 256 different states. Probably just your every day overflow: 300 - 256 = 44.". It was confirmed by me when i reached 300 lv, and on list my level was 44.

Me on list , when i was Lvl 269

Me on list now, Lvl 300

* Losing Implements / Changing locations of skills in skill list

Rarity: Always

If you already completed most implements on your save file with only item type implements left to do (or other like that), this glitch will probably not occur if you will be the host, bcs less implements completed on save file of host (compared to ones player joining session finished), the bigger impact it will make. Overall this glitch will surely not occur for hosts with all implements finished.

Playing multiplayer is risky for your battle skills and implements. Why?
if you join someone's game your implements will deimplement [and only those implemented by host will be active] but after you leave his game your implements will remain not implemented, for battle skills it can change locations of your skills / battle skills [for players with replaced skills (for easier usage) it will ruin entire battle skills list] bcs skills from implements will disappear [those not implemented]. How to avoid that? Do a backup of your save file:

1. locate your save files.

You need to find them, first find your steam folder then go:

Steam -> userdata -> (your steam id) -> 638650 -> remote -> savedata

in savedata you will find your saves [starting from 00 which is the first save in saves list in game]

2. copy your save folder

3. create folder somewhere to keep your backups

4. paste your save folder to folder with backups

If this glitch happens

locate your save files again and replace save file with your backup one.

[Note:] Notice that when you backup your file, your entire progress [lvls, items..] made in someone's room / after glitch happen will reset, bcs you are backuping your save state.
Special Partners
There are 3 secret characters that can be unlocked in this game.

- Sachi
- Kibaou
- Yuuki

Sachi:

This partner can be found in the "Strait of the Offering"
YOU HAVE TO BE ALONE TO FIRST TALK TO HER
Once that is done, go about your business and come back alone after beating the Hollow Area.
She will ask you to take her to a location that is not specified.
That certain location is in the "Driogeer Skycaves Area" - "Research Vault"

LEVEL HER UP BEFOREHAND BECAUSE SHE CANNOT TAKE HITS!

Kibaou

This boi can be found in the "Graceleaf Beach Area" - "The Fallen Paradise" at the far end of the area. Just go in and out to talk to him and eventually you will be able to take him as partner.

Once again. Alone when talking to this character

*I don't know if this happened to anyone else but in my case, after I talked to him a second time, he never appeared again. He is supposed to appear a third time. Making it impossible to take him with me.

Yuuki

Now, even though I know that she can be unlocked, I never managed to trigger the event to make her appear...
It is said that in order to appear, the Hollow Area must be beaten before Aincrad.

*(I have done this order only once and did not get the message.)
Perhaps this was a bug back then.

Afterwards, once you beat the 100th floor boss, a "certain message" will appear. You then press yes.

You will be greeted with a fight. (DiD nOt SeE THaT One ComINg)
Rest assured comrades! You only need to get her to half of her health.
After that, once you start a New Game +, Yuuki will be in Arc Sophia, ready to go on an adventure with you!

*They do not have any sort of special effect in battles, except for their respective battle roles
Filling up the "Burst Gauge"
I'll take into account that you all know what the Burst Gauge is, since explaining it would be a pain.

There three main ways to get the Gauge "up and running" again.
But first of all...

Why is gauge taking so long to fill up?

Actually it's quite simple: the more you attack a monster, the more hate it grows toward you.
Hate reduces the replenishment speed of the gauge.

-Switching

Switching transfers the hate a monster holds toward you to your partner.

-Buffs

There are two skills that can reduce hate:

-Stealth Position

-Scarecrow

However, using them in solo is useless.

And last but not least...

-Parry

That is all

If some of you did not understand, hate influences the ''RISK'' Gauge.
What do "Risks" do?
It is not quite well explained what exactly does the "Risk" gauge.

To summarize it: HIGH RISK = BAD

Benefits of low risk:

- Take less damage
- Bigger damage Output
- Debuff Rate is increased
- Critical Resistance increased
- Quick Burst Gauge Regeneration as well as SP

Downsides of high risk:
- Low Critical resistance
- Lower damage output
- Debuff resistance decreased
- Regeneration of Burst Gauge greatly reduced
- Slower partner coordination
- Slower regeneration of SP
AOE Skills, what are they?
AoE - (Area of Effect / Area Skill)

Oversimplified: A sword skill that can hit multiple targets at once (in specified area, it depends on type of AoE on sword skill, for example in straight line [Dual Wielding - Myriad of Spikes] or 360 [2H - Blast] )

Very useful when overwhelmed
Stats and their effects
Accuracy (ACC):

The higher it is, the better chance you get to land a hit on a target.
(VERY IMPORTANT)

Evasion (EVA):
To put it simply: the higher this stat is, the harder it will be for the target to land a hit on you
(Can save you in tough situations)

However, the ennemy will always have 20% chance to hit you. So don't think you are invincible because your evasion is quite high.

Strength (STR):

Acts as the "secondary attack stat".
By raising it, your attacks will become stronger. (Deal more damage)

2 STR = 1 ATK

Vitaly (VIT):

Acts as the "secondary defence stat"
By raising it, your will become as stronk as stalinium armor! Eventually...

2 VIT = 1 DEF

Agility (AGI):

Acts as the "secondary evasion stat".
Raises evasion and if you are wielding shield, blocking happens more often.

2 AGI = 1 EVA

Dexterity (DEX):

Gives a small amount of accuracy

2 DEX = 1 ACC

Sword Skills Booosts

Probably you noticed that sword skills has +% of stat, that means: (example)

Skill: Nightmare Rain
(STR: +60% AGIL: +20%)

It means that skill will boost its power by 60% of your STR and 20% of your AGIL.
Arcane Skills boosts
To get Arcane skills, you need to kill 2 bosses of abandoned area then go to Palace of Swords and kill Valnagia the Empress. You will get Arcane skill type of weapon you used to kill her. (your partner will optain Arcane skill too).

Sword skills mostly has info which stats boosts their power but not Arcane skills.

(((No data available for arcane skills)))

Here is list of Arcane skills boosts (found on one of forums):

Dagger
Starlight Splash (+STR 210% & AGI 210%)

1H Sword
Shadow Explosion (+STR 250% & DEX 250%)

Scimitar
Butterfly Illusion (+STR 250% & AGI 200% & DEX 220%)

Rapier
Twilight Resurrection (+STR 100% & AGI 120%)

Dual Wielding
Nebular Empress (All stats + 90%)

Club
Holy Crown (+STR 240% & VIT 250%)

2H Axe
Dimensional Spiral (+STR 180% & VIT 180% & DEX 100%)

Spear
Imperial Southern Cross (All stats + 180%)

Katana
Tenen (+STR 240% & DEX 240%)

2H Sword
Catastrophic Eraser (+VIT 250% & DEX 250%)
Achievement: Beta Tester
The condition to get the achievement is to get Every Last Attacking Bonus.

I am pretty sure this happened to some of you. (Myself included when I first started playing)

You got every last attacking bonus. What's this? You did not get the achievement?

Perhaps you thought you had them all...

In order to get the achievement, you must be the last one to land a hit on the boss in order to get the item. (duh)

If you sold one of these items in the past, you have to start over or simply beat the game and go for new game plus.

Selling the items makes the game think you did not get them in the first place. (I know it sucks)

Common Glitch: Achievement may not pop up when reaching and beating 99th floor boss.
Quick Affinity Raise And Using "Nice!"
Now, this might not be the case for everyone...
This section is only based on my personal experience and nothing else.

I noticed that giving the "nice" to a partner appears to raise their affinity more quickly than simply walking around town and talking. (But mostly, it is less boring)

All you have to do is beat monsters up and spam the "Nice!" button at the same time.

...

-Using the "Nice!" button-

The use of "Nice!" might not be something a lot of players do, since at first glance, it appears to be pointless.

If you carefully read the tutorial, then you know that using it comes with advantages.

- Faster SP regen
- Faster sword skill recast
- Better and quicker partner coordination
- Affinity Boost
Partner Endings
There are many endings.
Yes.
Didn't know that one did ya?

Anyway, to get a "partner ending", there are two things that are easy but quite long to do.

Raising a partner's affinity to the maximum and taking part in EVERY SINGLE event / quests related to the partner. (This includes Request For Kirito)

*Be advised that must beat the Hollow Area first or else you will have to start over.
If you didn't unlock Yuuki yet, then you'll have to do that first.

*This cannot be done with Kibao, Sachi, Yuuki and pretty much every character that is not important or... MALE! (Cause japanese harem fantasies and what not)

Alright!
Once you have done those (3) steps, all you have to do is reach the 100th floor and choose the partner that want to fight with against the Big Boss.

After his butt gets kicked, stand back and relax, as you watch a unique ending.

La Fin Et Ô Combien Magnifique Aventure Ce Fût!
Powerful Weapons
I am not the owner of anything that you are about to check out.
I just want people to know the location of them fine pieces of steel and other metals that I can't type.

So here it is: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/734608-sword-art-online-hollow-fragment/70161910
Classified Zone Trials
The classified zone is a special area where you go into the "core" of the administration area.

You first enter it when reaching the very end of the Hollow Area with Philia, in order to stop Poh from installing a "bad update".

Once you have completed the main story of the Hollow Area, the Classified Zone Trials will be unlocked.

These trials consist of going deeper and deeper, floor to floor, in order to get a special reward EACH TIME you go through 10 levels. (A NM Monster will be waiting for you OR huge amount of monsters)

After kicking it's butt, a door will open and many chests will now be yours to open. But that is not why we do those trials.

The REAL reason we do this, is to get to the shiny cristal at the end, which gives a skill point or a strong weapon. (Choice)

(And a special boss at the end...)

I recommend doing this with a partner since there are A WHOLE LOT of monsters down there.

Trick - how to easly speed up clearing floors:
-Buy 10 veil potions
-Use 1 potion - 2 floors, it will make you protected from monsters, just focus on looking for teleport.

Classified Zone has 200 floors total, from specified point you will start fighting with boosted versions of Hollow Area Bosses [every 10 floors]. After defeating last boss you will get Key Item: Classified Zone - Abyss Key it will unlock special area "Classified Zone - Abyss". You can teleport here using new teleport option under teleport to classified zone. To clear this place you need to teleport here alone, if you do it there will be special boss waiting for you: SNM: Hollow Nightmare . He is boosted version of Hollow Kirito with better equipment.
Saintblade Ragnarok
Getting one of the most powerful swords (1h) in the game is no easy task but oh boy is it worth it.
This sword has good DPS / DMG and stats boost [for swords skills] and 2 effects: Sword Skill Dmg up and Boss Damage up [those makes it really nice weapon against bosses]

The Saintblade Ragnarok is located in the Sacred Sword's Rest which is right after the Miasmatic Ruins of the Sacred Sword, located in the Alevaste Otherworld Area.

Open your Hollow Map and look at the upper right section of said area. That's where it is!

In the Miasmatic Ruins of the Sacred Sword, you will be greeted with a boss, then another one, another one, and another one. (I forgot how many there are)

Needless to say, those guys aren't the easiest to beat (under 3 minutes). Try reaching at least Lv 180* before engaging if you do no trust in your abilities.

Once, you have it, I recommend upgrading only the strength stat for maximum damage (overall and sword skills).

Few Screenshots [Obtaining Ragnarok]:

Saintblade: Ragnarok stats:

Few things that you should know:

- Its good to use Purifying flames and Resist Attempt after 3rd boss will give you debuffs

- Last boss will give you debuff that blocks all skills, you should prepare Purifying Crystal for him before battle

- Timer will start counting time from moment you open the door in this location, so you can use buffs before opening the door instead of doing it in previous location [it can save few seconds of attack buffs]

Want more? No worries, you can do it all over again to get another one.
Legendary Weapons
For people who want challenge or better weapons, in game you can collect "Legendary Weapons" with special models and nice stats. Its full list of them:

Name / Type / Mission / Location / Suggested lv in my opinion

- Primsblade: Exeterna [1H Sword] - Hollow Mission: "Dragon of Infinite Might" Location: Cordia Gardens / 210-220lv+

- Traitorblade: Argute Brand [1H Sword] - Hollow Mission [None] Location: Classified Zone - Abyss / 230-240lv+

- Shroudbow: Star Stitcher [Bow] - Hollow Mission [None] Location: Classified Zone 200 = last floor / 230-240lv+

- Ishvalca Avatar [Rapier] - Hollow Mission: "The White Empress" Location: Pavilion of Swords / 190lv+

- Genocide Avatar [Dagger] - Hollow Mission: "Requiem of Death" Location: Icetomb road / 180+

- Saphir Avatar [Scimitar] - Hollow Mission: "Queen of the Snowcap" Location: Frozen Beastpath / 180+

- Burning Haze Avatar [Katana] - Hollow Mission: "Reborn of Flames" Location: Strait of Ashes / 180lv+

- Lord Burster Avatar [2H Axe] - Hollow Mission: "A Soul on Fire" Location: Effervescent Path / 180lv+

- Absoludia Avatar [2H Sword] - Hollow Mission: "Alpha Blade Dragon" Location: Magmasplit Passage / 180lv+

- Asleigeon Avatar [Spear] - Hollow Mission: "Tremor King" Location: Hoarfrost Grove of Sacrifice / 140-170lv+

- Ijelfur Avatar [Mace] - Hollow Mission: "Blue Lava Incarnate" Location: The Flaming Manse /140-150lv+

Thats full list of them, few words after that:
- For Sword Skills based gameplay Primsblade: Exeterna is better than Traitorblade: Argute Brand because it has Sword Skill Damage Up effect [Even if Traitorblade has better stats boost].
- Legendary Bow is the only Weapon type that cannot be obtained by Advanced Missions
- Shining Dragon Exeterna [Boss of "Dragon of the Infinite Might"] Can use most of other 8 bosses special attacks
- Asleigeon is the most mobile boss, its good to use stun / immobilization skills before using skills like special attacks / arcane.
-Ijelfur attacks can be easly cancelled / disturbed by skills chains so its easier to kill him with partner.
Implementation: Sword Skill Chains
A player's wet dream is (probably) to chain sword skills without cooldown for MAXIMUM OVERPOWERNESS!

As the titles suggests, this implementation enables the ability to chain sword skills with little / no interruption.

It is THE ONE that you want!

However, patience is required to grind for these.

You will first need to grind the Original Sword Skill System or OSSS for short.

Then, From Sword Skill to Sword Skill

Followed by Assessment - Damage Modifiers

And finally, Unlock - Multiple Sword Skill Chaining With OSS

That last one will allow you to use another sword skill right after the previous one used without any cooldown.

Doing so grants SS Chain Damage bonus.

Maximum Cap is 12 sword skills chained, with boosts:

OSS multiplier for regular sword skills:
100%(1st skill, no multiplier)>120%>140%>160%>>>>>320%(12 chain)

OSS multiplier for arcane skills:
100%(1st skill, no multiplier)>120%>210%>320%>>>>>2000%(12 chain)

* To boost skill chain power you need to use unique skills every chain. Using same skill 2 times in one chain will not increase damage.
Multiplayer roles / roles on items
When you join multiplayer you can select 1 of few classes:
[None], Attacker, Scout, Defender, Buffer, Debuffer

Those roles appears on items as effects too, it means item will grant you similar/same effect as this role.
-None/Normal

No modifiers compared to single player / no effect

-Attacker

This role boosts your overall offensive stats at cost of losing some defense.
Its good for Sword Skills based style, but should practice evading / side/back steping to avoid damage

-Scout

This role focus on burst gauge usage, evading attacks, burst attacks etc and lowers your defense.
Player with this style more focus on Damage, Delay and DPS.

-Defender

This role boosts your overall defense stats at cost of attack. Its good role for tanks.

-Debuffer

This role boosts your skill accuracy and shortens recast time at cost of attack power.

-Buffer

This role focus on using SP and potions to support team. Buffers sacrifices attack power for longer skill effect duration and better SP regen.

Each role can be used in different way, depending on user's objective (example: you are the one who deals the most dmg, you can use Buffer instead of Attacker to get longer skills effects). Here you have usual usage of them.

Observations
It appears that only 7 battle skills can be active at a time. Using another one after reaching said number cancel the first skill used. - Burning Swordsman

EXP potions effects (both Grand and Normal) lasts for 8-10mins. - Burning Swordsman

In description of achievement "MMOs that use a level system are unfair that way " there is one small mistake, to unlock this achievement you need to reach Lv. 200, not Lv. 150. Probably the reason is that game and achievement descriptions are ports from two different platforms, with different level cap required for this achievement. - Burning Swordsman

You can have a total of any 15 temporary buffs. Skills that give you multiple buffs take up multiple slots. Any buff or debuff over 15 overwrites old ones. - Yami

Lastly, I see the heroine armours mentioned nowhere here. If you max out one of the focus's of a heroine, they get a special armour they can switch to. These armour's have really high defense and some neat skills. Good for early game. - Yami

Same weapon buffs when more than one is applied stack/grant you all buffs, for example - if you equip exeterna and ragnarok with dual wield, you will get 2x sword skill damage buff. You can see it on buffs list. - Burning Swordsman

@jonnupaulasquith, Its a random event - you just need to get lucky when you enter her area, usually it just takes few times to get her.

@Muxxer, You probably need to praise for one specific type (Offensive / Defensive / Support) actions, till that diamond is maxed out to get suit per type, and last one for all of them (for unlocking previous 3)

@Andy312, Ijelfur is prone to being glitchy from what I know, you might need to defeat him again - simply wait for his quest to reappear, or create a multiplayer lobby with it.

Would you happen to know how each partner's affinity style diamond work? Because I've been trying to get the different armors for them but apparently each character has a different style that has to be raised to get it and I don't understand how to raise some, since praising them for ATK, DEF or BUFF doesn't increase all of them.

Can I ask how the Sachi event works, cuz I've beaten the whole game, and I want to finish my gallery. I've done what you've said , but she isn't appearing, is it because I'm in new game+ ?

I didn't say they never stacked. Only unique ones stack. [Exeterna] and [Ragnarok] both add Sword Skill Damage Up but their effects are [Sword Skill Damage Up] and [Extra Damage to Bosses/Sword Skill Damage Up] respectively. The game treats them as different "buffs". Same way you can get 2 [Attack Up] buffs from the Legion Jacket and the Scout Role in multiplayer. But The Legion Jacket doesn't stack with the Attacker role, cause it's the same "buff". There are only 2 concrete examples I know off the top of my head after not having touched the game for a while. The one I mentioned previously, [Ragnarok] and [Brave Heart], and [Legion Storm Boots] and the [Infinity Moment] necklace, both having the [Soul Connection] effect. Generally Items with the exact same tooltip don't stack. A good sanity check is always the Buff List in the Sub Menu tho.

Ok so from what i noticed rn, same buffs stack, not get only one as Yami said before, weird, bcs I was sure that was the case too before, just noticed it when testing buffs on buffs list that it indeed stacked instead of applying once, applied same buff twice from 2 weapons

I believe it's in the same position as in Infinity Moment.

DANG! Guess I won't be able to record all the floors then without the veil. I'm guessing The queen with the Hollow Fragment as well as HK is level 300 instead of 250 then as said in the Vita Gamefaqs Guide huh? So is the best Boss Slayer Set up Ragnarok on the 1st hand and Externa on the other? (Also I hear it's best to have Ragnarok on the 1st hand instead of the 2nd as the buff from the 2nd hand won't apply but only the 1st hand one?) or 2 V Vice with +30 Poison on both swords? Oh yeah, is there a list on the 2 possible rare 6 weapons from Lisbeth smithing?

@Yami: Also, you can stack unique permanent skills (from equipment or roles). You have to be careful here too, if you have 2 items that give you the same buff it only applies once. eg. Brave Heart and Ragnarok. // Thats rather intuitive i think, from what I noticed the permanent skills buff value can be different for different weapons, not sure though but I think Exeterma passive buff gives more than Ragnarok in terms of increased sword skill dmg

And regarding Sinon, atleast with me she didnt turn out to be a spectacular attacking character, maybe its a matter of build or something, but going this way any character can be good if you use them properly, for me - Strea was S Tier character ngl
