2-3hours, you can get all achievements in a single playthrough, just don't use hints/skip on hidden object scenes and on minigames, additionally it is required to find collectibles.

How to replay same HOP scene over and over for Eagle Eye achievement

In hidden object games there is autosave, which is pretty bad in the 21st century. No manual saves. This means you need to replay a lot of the game to get back to puzzles for the achievement. If that is not enough: most of the HOPs in this game is randomized for each profile, so here is the solution:

1. Start the game
2. Get so far in the game where you able to start a puzzle
3. (Might be optional) Quit, restart the game, launch your played game by clicking continue.
4. Now alt+tab, right click on the game name on your library, select properties and turn off cloude save:

5. ALT+F4 if you not managed to get it done within 20seconds.
6. Enable cloud save again.
7. Start the game again, load your played game. Now you can play the same HoP again. Just don't forget to turn off cloud save again before starting the puzzle.
8. Repeat
