For Sweet Cards you need to play cards in chapter 1 and since bonus chapter will be the same, it means the cards also will be the same.

Start a new game and don't make any mistakes during the prologue case.
If done correctly, Roman will sneak out during the first night, and you'll be given the options to either take the offensive or stay still. Choosing the more violent approach is what you need.
For Badtime story:
Whenever you're given the option to sleep, save your game before choosing to do so. If you get a dream, you can continue playing. If not, load your save and try again. Getting dreams to trigger seems to be random, and every sleep event has a different dream. You also need to sleep in your room during free time when it's available.
There's some good news though: this achievement is cumulative over multiple playthroughs. You don't need to get all dreams in one go.
