Getting Started
First, you will need a lot of luck, skill, and it will defidentaly take more than one try to do this.
Let's get started with this guide, shall we?
Biomes
Biomes can be both good and bad, or somewhere in between, I will be listing all 3 of those today.

-Good Biomes
Good Biomes will help you on your journey to reach the year 2055.

-Neutral Biomes
Neutral Biomes are ok in terms of what they have, they may have both good and bad mixed in, or they might just be straight up BORING, kinda like this guide will probably be when I finish writing it.

-Terrible Biomes
I don't really need to explain Terrible Biomes to you, but I will anyways.
Terrible Biomes will harm you or your vehicle while you are trying to reach the year 2055, you should defidentaly avoid these biomes for your own good.

-List of Good Biomes
Electric Roads- They not only provide a good surface to drive anything on, they will also charge your vehcile.
Road with Pantograph Wire- If you equip your vehicle with a pantograph powerup, you will be able to charge your vehcile here.
Sky- The aliens will have a harder time hitting you midair, but the skies can become more crowded past the year 2010.
Space- Will have lots of spaceships, and aliens stop chasing you, giving you time to think and plan ahead, and realize just how much adrenaline is flowing through you. (Tip- grab a spacecraft then immediately go back to your person again, just before you switch to a biome that isn't space, use the rocket to gain as much speed as possible, you will then fly extremely far and fast through the atmosphere, this can get you a good ways through a stage [that is how I survived to the year 2055]).
Naval Battlefield- There are lots of warships, subs, and other equipment there that you could use to fight or hide from the monster alien fish thing for a short while.
Battlefield- Lots of tanks, APCs, and other equipment that will help you fight the alien for a short while.

-List of Neutral Biomes
Almost any Road Biome- Roads give you a smooth place to drive on usually, but most roads don't offer much.
Alien Biomes- Some will give you power so you can recharge your battery, but most others will attract more aliens to your location, but, you can take their younglings and use them for teleportation.
Railroad and Abandoned Railroad- Useful if you have a train, but trains aren't usually that fast.
Salt Lake- Lots of Land Speed Record vehicles, but also a very high chance of getting hit by a Land Speed Record vehicle (which can kill you instantly from their high speed).
Underground- Usually has slow vehicles or mantrips, but can somtimes provide a smooth enough surface to drive a fast car.

-List of Terrible Biomes
Lava- Can recharge batteries, but will melt your vehicle, and you in the process.
Stalagtites- Usually appear underground, and will slow high-flying vehicles down.
Stalagmites- Will harm human, and pop tires, but will harm aliens, still not worth driving on unless you have airless tires.
Acid- Will appear on Alien Biomes, will harm humans and other living creatures, but also aliens.
Forest and Snow Forest- Both will make it near impossible to drive your car, and Snow Forest will harm your human.
Ice Water- Will harm human, not recommended to go on unless you have a ship.
Minefield- The mines in the Minefield biome will destroy you and your car.
Powerups
There is not really much to say about powerups, most will help you along your journey, others like the liferaft are useless, but there are a handful of very good powerups in my opinion.

Laser Cannon- Will use up most of the vehicle's energy, but can one shot aliens.
Shield- Will protect you from anything.
Teleport- Will use up most of the vehicle's HP, but can teleport you out of bad situations.

These 3 powerups will help you very much along your journey to escape from the monster alien fish things that are RIGHT BEHIND ME NOW, GOTTA GO.
Vehicles
Not much to say about vehicles either, but again, I will list some of the best vehicles below.

Land Speed Record vehicle- Is very fast.
Rocket- Is very fast.
Tank- Has a weapon and a lot of power.
Supercar- Is very fast.
Fighter Jet- Is very fast and has weapons.
Any plane- Aliens will have a harder time hitting you while midair, and planes are usually very fast.
Submarines- Will allow you to dive away from the aliens while in water.
Drills- Will allow you to drill into the ground to hide from the aliens while on ground.
UFOs- They are EXTREMELY fast, and have a shield ability without needing to get a powerup, they run out of fuel quite fast though.

All of those vehicles will help you greatly on you're journey.
More Will Be Added Eventually.
Thank you for reading this so far mostly useless guide, I will add more eventually, I can't think of a good way to end the guide so I'll just stop typing now.

This does seem pretty helpful! Just letting you know, I think the laser cannon is called the Ion Cannon in game, so if you're up for editing the guide a bit that should help some people
