You need to start the game and not turn it off until you get all the achievements.

Стоит отметить, что достижения привязаны ко времени в игре. То есть если вы запустили игру и 20 мин. выбивали достижения, потом закрыли игру, то при повторном запуске у вас 20 мин. достижения выпадать не будут, а после начнут...
