DS4 and other gamepads with Black Desert Online

The game has built-in gamepad support but just if anyone wants to play in:

1) Big Picture mode

2) With a gamepad

The game runs itself with high system privileges, so in order for gamepad to work in Big Picture mode:

1) Right click Steam, choose 'Run as administrator'

2) Bind the gamepad in Big Picture mode as usual and play!

P.S.

For all other games, just use 'Run as administrator' to run Steam and gamepad works always!
