Overview + A thing to note...

As stated, this guide will showcase the weaknesses of all bosses in Mega Man Zero 1-4, which include Mutos Reploids(Mavericks of the Zero series), sub-bosses and bosses, as well as the weaknesses of all bosses in Mega Man ZX and ZX Advent, which include Pseudodroids (Mavericks of the ZX series), sub-bosses and bosses. I'll do a separate guide for for collectibles for both games series later.

A thing to note is, I am not as familiar with the Zero and ZX games, as I am with Classic and X games, so expect a few, other than grammatical, mistakes here and there. Apologies in advance!

I've also made guides for Classic and X Games, all of which you can check through my profile.

Hope this guide will be helpful to you all!

Yes, I've decided to include both Zero and ZX Guides into one for the sake of convinience...
Rock Man Zero 1/Mega Man Zero 1: Boss Weaknesses

NOTE: The reason I listed elements instead of specific weapons, is because regardless of an attack, if it’s an element, that’s super-effective against the boss, it’ll work. For example: Sage Harpuia is weak to Ice, but it doesn't matter from which weapon, be it Buster Shot, Z-Saber, Triple Chain Rod or Shield Boomerang

Order(at least the one that I used): Intro Stage -> Rescue Reploids -> Destroy Train -> Retrieve Data -> Occupy Factory -> Giant Mechaniloid Invasion -> Find Shuttle -> Find Hidden Base -> Rescue Colbor -> Protect Factory -> Duel in Desert -> Stop the Hacking -> Resistance Base Perseverance -> Neo Arcadia

Giant Mechaniloid Invasion and Resistance Base Perseverance are interludes and appear after Occupy Factory and Stop the Hacking...at least for me, I am not sure when they're supposed to appear...

Pros
Cons
Pretty Easy Order*
Triple Chain Rod before Anubis for convinience

You'll have to backtrack to get all the items(I think...)
Giant Mechaniloid Invasion might be a challenging mission early on

*The reason I say it's easy is because I didn't struggle too much with it. Bosses in MMZ1 are challenging, but really great! Nevertheless,I don't know if an even easier order can be achieved(most likely can, I just don't know it yet)

*Recommended weapon doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s the best weapon for that boss/sub-boss. You can beat Fairy Leviathan, for example, with Z-Buster. Z-Saber is a better option though, as it can slIce through her and her attacks rather quickly
Rock Man Zero 2/Mega Man Zero 2: Boss Weaknesses

From what I recall, the same thing about order applies to Zero 2(Have to replay Zero 2 to see if it’s true), so, again: I’ll just list the bosses + sub-bosses, the missions in which they appear, their weaknesses and what they give:

NOTE: The reason I listed elements instead of specific weapons, is because regardless of an attack, if it’s an element, that’s super-effective against the boss, it’ll work. For example: Sage Harpuia is weak to Ice, but it doesn't matter from which weapon, be it Buster Shot, Z-Saber, etc.

Order (According to MMHP): Locate Giro -> Pass the Test -> Mavericks Detected -> Search the Plant -> Save the People -> Fight the Mavericks -> Find the Survivors -> Defend Grand Nuage (Prometheus) -> Secure the Biometal -> Protect the Lab -> Attack the Excavators -> Recover the Disk -> Stop the Dig -> Repel the Army -> Destroy Model W -> Area N

NOTE: The reason I listed elements instead of specific weapons, is because regardless of an attack, if it’s an element, that’s super-effective against the boss, it’ll work. For example: Hivolt the Raptoroid isn’t just weak to specific Ice-specific attacks from bosses. No, he’s weak to Ice, period. So, any Ice attacks will kill him in no time.

@Desticler
For Z2 + Z3: Huh, I didn't know that! Thank you for that tidbit of info!
For Z4: Yeah, you're right! I just wrote it for the sake of informing people; Ice Javelin requires an A/S rank, though
Desticler Jun 28, 2020 @ 12:58am
Correction:
For Z2 and Z3, EX skills are earned by having A/S rank while entering a stage, not for getting it in the mission itself. For example, if you enter a stage with A rank, but finish it with B rank, you will still get the EX skill because you had A rank when entering it. The opposite will not work.
In Z4, all EX skills are earned by having "hard" weather (when the weather icon's border flashes red and yellow), so you don't have to remember exact weather for each stage, just look at the border. Your rank doesn't matter at all when it comes to EX skills in Z4.
