General Reminders

At Cafe Diem, don't overuse one of the preferred foods over the other. Make sure to alternate between the two favourites.

Make sure to go on dates with Benito at the weekend.

If you go to work on Mondays you'll get a gambling-game. It really doesn't matter what you do about that!

Don't accept any jobs that the guide doesn't say to accept! Otherwise things will clash and ruin your whole steez.

Don't read the black-blocked spoiler text if you don't want story spoilers! It's unnecessary for the walkthrough... I just have a lot of thoughts about the game and I need to get them out.

Full Rundown

There are other ways and days you can do the things I suggest in this guide. But this is the way that I got the Romance Ending for Benito! So long as you don't stray too far from this, you are going to be forced to date this ACTUAL BOY CHILD!? WHY!? WHY THOUGH?!

I'm going to go by the actions you I did on the specified dates. For your weekly activities, focus on Blogging and Work in that order AFTER THE FIRST FEW WEEKS. Those first weeks are annoyingly specific.

GUIDE

8/27 - Check email, accept MUA job from Lloyd.

8/28 - Say you'll be fine.

From August 30th to September 4th - Exercise every day.

9/5 - Either one.

From September 7th to the 11th - Tutoring on Monday, sleep Tuesday then study every day.

9/7 - Stay for the lecture.

9/8 - Choose whatever one. And accept the job.

9/11 - Joke with him and say "Yes." (Learn that he is 15 and immediately turn off the game and delete it from your computer forever.)

From September 14th to the 18th - Tutoring on Monday, sleep Tuesday then study every day.

9/15 - Choose whatever.

9/20 - Go to you email. Accept D. Vincent - Photoshoot. Go shopping. Go to the mall. Go to Brains and Puzzles. Buy History of Makeup, Journal, Rivenwell Online Companion Book, Advanced Makeup Techniques and the eReader from the Special tab.

From September 21st to the 25th - Tutoring on Monday, sleep Tuesday then study every day.

9/24 - Choose whatever.

9/27 - Check mail. Accept the Benito Zero job. Go to your inventory and use all consumable items. Go shopping to the mall alone. Choose whatever with Nicole. Go to The Divide. Buy cute clothes and change into them.

From September 28th to the October 2nd - Tutoring on Monday, sleep Tuesday then study every day. YOU SHOULD UNLOCK THE VG Zone! FINALLY!

10/2 - Flirt with him. (Be grossed out because, once again, you are flirting with a child.)

10/4 - Go to the VG Zone. (Deal with Benito, the boy-child, who was all up in your business but doesn't like when you even hint at his life...) Accept the tokens from him.

From October 5th to the 9th - Go to town (the VG Zone) Monday and Tuesday where you should talk to Benito. When prompted, tell him "I wanted to see you."

10/8 - Don't give him a gift. Save that money.

10/11 - Go to the VG Zone. Talk to Benito.

From October 12th to the 16th - Go to town (the VG Zone) Tuesday where you should talk to Benito.

FROM NOW ON when in the Planner - Go to Cafe Diem every Wednesday to see him. From now on focus on blogging and sometimes studying.

10/21 - Ask Benito to show a trick. (Now you have a 15 year old's arm around you. Reconsider your life choices.)

10/25 - Go to your email. Accept the Halloween Job and the Photoshoot.

11/8 - Go Shopping. Go to ??? Buy Black Deck.

12/13 - Check mail. Accept the Hotel Job. Go to the mall. Do whatever with Nicole. Go to The Divide. Get cute clothes. put them on when prompted at a later date.

12/17 - Decline.

12/18 - Agree to hang out.

12/19 - Buy Adam a puzzle cube or board game for Christmas if you want. He's your best friend and you probably have one billion dollars. Don't be one of those people who abandons their friends.

12/20 - Put on the Winter Outfit you bought on 12/13

12/24 - Bring eReader to give to Benito for Christmas. "Suggest a different activity you can do together." (If you want, save before this choice because the other option gives you a CG) (The girl that's like "he's not going to be 15 forever" makes me want to die. I hate her. I hate this. Why am I doing this?)

12/25 - Give Adam a gift if you bought one.

FROM NOW ON - On weekends you can call Benito and go out with him. You should do this from now on. (As much as you don't want to.) You should also see him at The VG Zone on Tuesday and Cafe Diem on Wednesdays.

1/4 - Compete for the extra credit.

From January 11th to the 15th - MAKE SURE to go to the VG Zone this Tuesday.

1/11 - Answer the question.

1/20 - Admit there might be attraction. (Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Ew. Adam please stop this from happening!?)

2/14 - It's romantic. (I might be beating a dead horse here, but EW.)

3/14 - Go to the Mall. Go to The Divide. Get cute clothes. Put them on at a later date when prompted.

3/17 - Ask why he still hangs around at the coffee shop.

3/22 - Doesn't matter which you choose.

3/29 - Guess something I'm not sure of.

4/3 - If you've does this before, you can say you know the place. Otherwise get a tour.

4/4 - Bake cupcakes. Bake a bunch of S'mores cakes (yellow batter, chocolate frosting, marshmallows) Bring one to him on every date.

4/5 - Get the worksheet

4/10 - Give him the Black Deck for his birthday.

4/20 - Whatever you want.

Around here if you work - You'll get a scene of you staying late at work. Choose either option

6/6 - Go to the Mall. Go to The Divide. Get cute clothes.Put on later when prompted.

I am going to be completely honest, even after reading the comments people have posted.

Firstly to aTeacupGamer. This is by far the most entertaining of your walkthroughs, I literally scanned the entire walkthrough just for your blanked out comments and laughed at every single one, not in a bad way of course.

I can agree with both you and Graves. It all depends on the person, with everyone being different it is not uncommon to have different opinions on the matter. It is, as one would say, a personal preference.

Also thank you for the guide it was very enjoyable and easy to follow. There are times where I completely agree with your comments and they made me smile, Benito is an interesting character but not really, lol, my cup of tea.

He is very serious and ambitious which is admirable, but he can be, well, a little too childish for my taste.

In the VERY SPECIFIC scenario of dating someone a bit older through high school and continuing into university, that's fine because it's a shared experience and (as I said) about life experience.

If you are in uni and start dating a high school student you just met, there is an unbalanced power dynamic and leads to dangerous situations. When I was in high school, I thought I was really fucking cool that uni students wanted to sleep with me. Now as an adult I see how manipulative and predatory that environment was.

The rhetoric of "being mature for their age" is a documented and common tactic used by groomers and pedophiles so honestly even the start of that makes my skin crawl.

This all being said, this is the last I have to say on this and honestly this is really triggering for me as a victim of abuse so this is gonna be the last word on it and anything further is gonna go in the trash

I've been to both Uni and High School and as different as they are, they're not what define people, or the way they think. People's mindsets will reflect their own ages and individual maturity levels, and though their environment can affect that, they don't automatically start thinking like adults just because they get treated a bit more like one (like what happens in Uni).
See Adam for an example, he's what, the same age as MC? He's also exposed to the same environment as her. Despite this, he is much more childish, and could be mistaken for being younger than he is.

MC's still 17 when the game starts, and that defines her as a teen or child. Not an adult, or of-age, yet. In other words, it's a teen dating another teen. A child dating another child. Neither of them are adults. It'd be weird if MC was in her 20s or something but...she's not even a certified adult yet? Just like Benito. Not weird at all.

Where I come from ages 13-18 (and sometimes 12 and 19 year olds, if someone was enrolled early or late) all go to the same school grounds (what we call high school). Not to mention, most students aged 17 and higher alternate between both high school grounds, and tafe's or universities. So the idea of a mere 2 years being an issue is utterly bizarre to me.

Also, I actually had a friend in high school who dated a guy who was in his last year of high school himself. I was 15, she was 14 (she started school a year younger) and he was 17 turning 18 that year. They continued dating even when he moved to University the next year, and he waited for her to reach the age of consent before taking their relationship further. So really not that unusual, since it happens in real life.

As a person who was in high school and preyed upon by university students, I feel like I'm in a good position to say that not all age gaps are created equal!

Age gaps are less important when you're older. When you're middle aged, age gaps can be wider because the lived experiences are the same.

The difference between being in high school and being in university is an OCEAN even if the number is small-ish because of life experiences!

I really don’t get the revulsion over Benito. Yes, he’s 15 and then 16, but MC is 17 and then 18. That’s literally only a 2 year age difference. It’s perfectly normal, happens all the time. My own parents have a 5 year age difference and they had friends who had a 10 year difference. Plus, I can’t speak for every country, but in mine the age of consent is 16 (and that’s if MC and Benito even do the deed at that point in their relationship), so everything here looks fine to me.
