Peregrin Windows XP patch

This patch adds support of Windows XP

Minimum system requirements says that Peregrin support Windows XP.

Actually, that isn't true.
Game binary (peregrin.exe) compilled under NT6+ (Vista and above), and it's requires GetTickCount64 function from kernel32.dll (it's NT6+ function).

I've tried to contact with devs, but they are not response.

So, i've fixed it by myself.

How to use it:
-Unpack both files from zip (kernel33.dll and patch_peregrin.bat) to game folder (near peregrin.exe)
-Run patch_peregrin.bat
