Had to re-upload addon as the workshop broke my old one.

Added NPC Nodes
Removed several car props
Removed projector prop
Removed head spikes and flayed men
Added entities required by stormfox
Repositioned underground lift entrance
Flattened the ground near gas station
Changed parts of the town center from func_lods to func_detail to remove accidental deletion
